Orisa

Defender Of Numbani

Built from parts of one of Numbani's short-lived OR15 defense robots, Orisa is the city's newest protector, though she still has much to learn.

Originally put into service before the Omnic Crisis, the OR14 "Idina" line of security robots was built in Nigeria's massive manufacturing omnium. After the war, they were taken out of production, along with many of the other models used during the crisis. Twenty years later, Numbani revived and recommissioned the OR14 program to protect the city from external threats. These new OR15s were deployed for a short time before they were destroyed in an attack by Doomfist.

Following the attack, the program was scrapped, and the civic government sold off the remaining OR15 inventory. Some parts were purchased by eleven-year-old Efi Oladele, a brilliant girl whose early accomplishments in robotics and artificial intelligence had already earned her the Adawe Foundation's "genius grant."

With the approval of her understanding and open-minded parents, Efi spent the bulk of her grant money to acquire one of the decommissioned OR15 bots. She believed that Numbani needed a protector and that an upgraded OR15 could do just that. Efi repaired and reconfigured the robot and installed a personality core that she had designed herself.

She named Numbani's newest hero Orisa.

Orisa has no mount though when she has not taken damage for 5 seconds her movement speed is increased by 20%

Orisa is able to move while shooting but reduces her movement speed by 15%

Primary Abilities

HALT!
Orisa fires a Graviton Charge that pulls enemies into the center of it. Heroes affected by HALT! are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds. You can manually detonate by pressing Q again

Protective Barrier
Orisa throws out a beacon that creates a protective barrier upon landing. The barrier blocks all projectiles but does not stop enemies from moving through it.Barriers edges curl in a little at the ends making the shape a bit like a ] .

W)Quest:Fortified Shield. After Blocking 5000 basic attack damage, Protective Barrier permanently Gains 10 Armor

(W)Quest:Enchanted Shield. After blocking 5000 Spell damage, Protective Barrier Gains 10 Spell Armor.

(Trait)Defensive Charge: When Charge to War is active, Orisa gains 30 armor. This is lost once being hit by an attack

(Q) Dislocation Using HALT! on enemy heroes deals 90 damage(+4% per level)
Quest: After using HALT! successfully on 20 heroes increases the damage dealt by 150%

(W)Resilient Barrier Protective Barrier heals for 25 shields per second even in combat until destroyed

(E)Fortification Transfer 50% of the damage absorbed by fortify becomes a shield for Orisa for 8 seconds.

(W) Absorbing Barrier Every basic attack that hits Protective Barrier gains .5 second duration length up to a maximum of 5 seconds

Level 16

(E)Unstoppable While Orisa is in Fortify shes gains unstoppable

(Trait) Battle Break While Orisas trait is active, she gains 1.25% of her maximum health per second

(Ability)Omnic Aura Orisa dispenses an aura that eliminates all debuffs around her. This only affects heroes Around her but not herself(40 Sec CD)

Level 20

(R)Complex Coding Either ultimate lasts 50%longer and have 50% more base health

(R) Self Fortification While Supercharger is active Orisa gains an extra 20% damage increase. While Fortification Emitter is active, Orisa Gains an additional 15 armor and spell armor

(Q)Stop Right There! Enemies Affected by HALT! have there armor reduced by 35 for 3 seconds

(Trait) Anchor Tank Permanently gain 15 Armor and 15 Spell Armour, Bonus: Defensive Charge is Upgraded so that the 30 Is not lost on hit but is kept 5 seconds after being his by an attack

nice concept, but I think that you forgot the stats about her basic-attack and her mana pool
