Level 7 Talents
1: Gain 1% spell power for 3 seconds when Fusion Driver hits an enemy hero, up to a maximum of 25% spell power. Fusion Driver hits refresh the duration.
2: Fortify grants a 210 point shield.
3: !Quest: Pull 3 or more Heroes with Halt!
!Reward: After pulling 3 or more Heroes 2 times with Halt!, increase Halt!'s movement speed by 20%
!Reward: After pulling 3 or more Heroes 6 times with Halt!, increase the cooldowns of enemy Heroes pulled by Halt! by 30% for 3 seconds.
!Reward: After pulling 5 or more Heroes with Halt!, root enemy Heroes pulled by Halt! for 0.75 seconds and instantly gain all other rewards.

Level 13 Talents
1: Increase Protective Barrier's cast range and size by 30%.
2: Protective Barrier increases the range of Fusion Driver by 50% when Fusion Driver passes through Protective Barrier.
3: Protective Barrier reduces enemy Heroes' movement speed by 20% when they pass through.
Level 16 Talents
1: Protective Barrier no longer disappears after absorbing 4 heroic skill shots.
2: Basic attacks against Heroes reduces the cooldown of Halt! by 0.1 seconds.
3: Enemy Heroes pulled by Halt! receive 30% less healing.
Level 20 Talents
1: Supercharger increases attack and spell power by 5% per second, up to a maximum of 30%, and increases the duration by 2 seconds.
2: Fortify's duration is increased by 4 seconds.
3: Fortify gains one charge and the cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds.

So I've been clicking on these buttons with both left and right click and they aren't bringing up the options. Thanks for telling me they're supposed to do something though.
