Pharah

Raptora Mark IV Pilot

Ranged assassin capable of moving over terrain and that uses fuel as a ressource, rather than mana. Cannot use a traditional mount, so very vulnerable when on the ground. Her gameplay would mostly revolve around managing fuel, which would let her go in and out to do a bit of damage while being untargettable but also greatly restrict her mobility when low.

Combat Trait

Flight mode
While in flight mode, Pharah can see and move over terrain, moves 20% faster, cannot auto-attack and is untargettable. Flight does not remove negative effects or DoT damage. Pharah can still be stunned or killed in the air from effects applied to her on the ground. Staying in flight mode consumes 5 energy per second, while staying in ground mode will restore 5 energy per second.

Running out of fuel during flight will force Pharah into a controlled landing, incapacitating Pharah for 0.75 seconds while landing. Running out of fuel over terrain will force Pharah to nearest available space. Trait can be activated manually during flight to perform safe landing, incapacitating Pharah for 0.75 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Rocket launcher
From grounded mode: Fire a rocket in a straight line, exploding at the first enemy hit. Explosion is an AoE that deals 200 damage to all enemy units. (projectile moving in a straight line like Jaina's frost bolt but explodes like junkrat's q)

From flight mode: Fire a rocket from the air to a selected area of effect, dealing 200 damage to all enemy units in the area of effect after 0.5 seconds. (AoE spell similar to Kael'thas' flame strike)

Stores up to 4 charges
Cooldown: 5 seconds per charge

Concussive blast
From grounded mode: Fire a concussive rocket in a straight line, exploding at the first enemy hit. Explosion deals 100 damage and knocks enemy units back. Pharah can also be affected by knockback while in ground mode but takes no damage. (Effect similar to Morale's grenade if it detonated on colision)

From flight mode: Fire a concussive rocket from the air to a selected area of effect, dealing 100 damage and knocking away all enemy units in the area of effect after 0.5 seconds. (AoE spell with a similar effect to li-mings wave of force)

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Jump Jets
From grounded mode: Dash towards the target direction, activating flight mode. Cannot be cast while rooted.

From flight mode: Lands in the targeted area, deactivating flight mode.

Cooldown: 3 seconds
Cost: 10 fuel

Heroic Abilities

Barrage
From grounded mode: Channel a barrage of mini-rockets towards the targeted direction. Each mini-rocket will detonate against the first enemy unit hit, doing 60 damage to all enemy units in the area of the explosion. Fires 4 mini-rockets per second.

From flight mode: Channel a barrage of mini-rockets that will land in the targeted area after 0.5 seconds. Each rocket does 60 damage to all enemy units in that area. Fires 4 mini-rockets per second. Fuel will not be consumed during the channel duration


Duration: 4 seconds
Cooldown: 90 seconds

Seeker missiles
Enemy heroes hit by auto-attacks and rocket launcher are marked for 6 seconds(up to 6 targets). Activating Seeker missiles will fire 6 seeker missiles, after a 0.5 second delay, spreading across every marked targets. (if a single target is marked, all 6 rockets go to that target; if 4 targets are marked, distribution priorities whoever was marked last). Each mini-rocket does 120 damage to the marked enemy hero and 80 damage to all other enemy units around them.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Can only be activated in flight mode. Casting abilities or landing removes the movement speed bonus

Level 1 talents

[Q] Rocket Queen - Quest: Hitting an enemy hero with Rocket Launcher increases the damage of Basic Attacks and Rocket Launcher by 0.2%, up to a maximum of 40%
Reward: Increase radius of explosion radius of auto-attacks and Rocket Launcher by 20%

[Q] Coilgun - Increase travel speed of Rocket launcher by 50% and increase Basic Attack and Rocket Launcher range by 20%

[AA] Rapid Reload - Increase Basic Attack speed by 50% and reduce Rocket Launcher charge cooldown by 1 second

level 4 talents

[1] Reserve tank - Activate to instantly recover 50 fuel.
Cooldown: 40 seconds

[Trait] Rocket link - Hitting a hero with basic attacks or Rocket launcher instantly recovers 5 fuel

[Trait] Refueling - Fuel regeneration rate while grounded is increased by 60%

level 7 talents

[W] Super charged - Activating Concussive Blast will now charge the concussive Blast Rocket over 2 seconds, increasing it's maximum range the longer it is channeled.(Changing W from instant cast to a channel like Hanzo's Q)

[E] Air Superiority - Jump Jets now cause 150 damage around Pharah when taking flight and when landing.

[E] Combat Maneuvers - Jump Jet can be reactivated within 1 second of activation, causing Pharah to dash in the target direction after taking flight or after landing.

level 13 talents

[W] Heavy Charge - Enemy units hit in the center of Concussive Blast are now stunned for 0.5 seconds and take an extra 100 damage

[Q] Feedback Module - For each enemy hero hit with Concussive Blast, instantly recover one charge of Rocket Launcher, up to 4

[Z] Hyper-coolers - Reduce the cooldown of Boosters by 5 seconds and increase Boosters duration by 2 seconds

level 16 talents

[Trait] Fuel efficiency - Increase maximum fuel by 20

[Trait] Eagle Eye - Passively increase Pharah's sight range by 25% and reveal all enemy units within Pharah's sight while in flight

[W] After-shock - Enemies heroes hit by Concussive Blast will take an extra 25% damage from all of Pharah's abilities for 4 seconds.

level 20 talents

[R] Barrage upgrade - Missile overflow - Hitting enemy heroes with Rocket Launcher will also send two micro-rockets at that location, doing 60 damage each, after 0.5 seconds.

[R] Seeker Missiles upgrade - Optimal Targeting - Hitting enemy heroes with Auto-attacks and Rocket Launcher will lower the cooldown of Seeker Missile by 5 seconds.

[Trait] Nano-suit - While in flight, Pharah will recover 5% of her health every second
