Oracle of the Antiwill

A creature with seemingly no physical nor tangible embodiment, Pogmazius chooses to move as a mass of shadows. Serving from the deepest depths of the Void, Pogmazius wields the unholy power of the Antiheal.

Combat Trait

1
Will of the Unwilling
Pogmazius passively generates an Entropy Charge in a medium area around him every 18 seconds. Pogmazius' Basic Attacks increase the speed in which Entropy Charges spawn, reducing the timer by 2 seconds for each successful Basic Attack. Entropy Charges increase Pogmazius' Antiheal percentage by 2.5% for each charge, up to 3. Pogmazius gets off an attack and a half each second.

Some of Pogmazius' abilities apply a debuff called Antiheal. Antiheal reduces Pogmazius' targets maximum health by a percentage whenever it's applied, granting Pogmazius bonus maximum health for 3 seconds equal to the amount stolen from his target. Pogmazius can only benefit from one Antiheal at a time. Antiheal in itself is NOT damage, it's simply a reduction to an enemy's maximum health temporarily.

Primary Abilities

Arcing Void
Cooldown: 4s

Pogmazius launches an orb of darkness to a nearby area. The further the area away, the longer it takes to arrive up to a maximum of 2 seconds. Once the orb lands, it deals 77 (+4% per level) damage and Slows targets hit by 30% for 2 seconds. The orb persists for 4 seconds.

If multiple Void Orbs exist at one time, they will link a dark chain between themselves, breaking whenever an enemy Hero moves through it, dealing 91 (+4% per level) damage, Stunning them for 1 second, and Antihealing the target by 10%. Once the chain is broken, it will not come back in the same usage. Pogmazius will only benefit from the first Antiheal, even if multiple chains are broken.

Unseen Genome
Cooldown: 6s

Pogmazius selects a nearby location in a straight line in front of him & fades into an ethereal form, slowly moving forward and creating 3 orbs of chaos around himself until he reaches his destination. The orbs of chaos will slowly orbit him, dealing 66 (+4% per level) damage to any enemy Heroes hit and granting Pogmazius 5 Armor for 2.5 seconds once he reaches his destination. If an enemy is hit by multiple orbs, they will take 33% reduced damage from the next one.

If Pogmazius has ANY Entropy Charges when he casts this ability, he will replace the chaos orbs with Entropy Orbs during his transit. Any enemies hit by the Entropy Orbs will instead take 71 (+4% per level) damage and be Antihealed by 7.5%.

Destitute
Cooldown: 12s

Pogmazius removes the amount of Antihealth he's currently benefiting from, instead gaining a shield equal to 100% the amount of Antiheal lost for 6 seconds. The enemy affected with Antiheal will not immediately gain their health back, instead finishing the duration of the remaining Antiheal.

Secondary Abilities

Fade
Cooldown: 11s

Gain Evade for 2 seconds. For each active Entropy Charge, increase the duration by 0.5 seconds. During this time, Pogmazius cannot cast abilities & deals 70% damage with his Basic Attacks.

Teleport to a nearby area in a large radius after a 2 second delay.

Heroic Abilities

Entropic Geyser
Cooldown: 70s
Charges Required: 3
Passive: Pogmazius' Basic Attack speed is increased by 30%.

Pogmazius channels for 2 seconds, extracting the power of his 3 Entropy Charges into the Earth around him. After channeling, geysers of pure entropy begin to explode upwards in a medium ranged area around Pogmazius' casting point for 3 seconds. Whenever an enemy is hit with a geyser, they're Slowed by 80% for 1 second and dealt 80 (+4% per level) damage every .5s. Each geyser's lifetime consists of 1 second.

If an enemy stands in a geyser for the entire duration, they will be Antihealed by 12%. Antihealth can only be applied to one enemy at a time in this instance as well.

Isolate
Cooldown: 80s
Charges Required: 3
Passive: Pogmazius gains 10 Spell Armor.

Pogmazius targets an enemy Hero and darkens the area around himself & his target, Antihealing his target by 30%. While darkened, their models become transparent (only useful so unaffected players don't see them) and they're unable to be damaged by anyone except each other, and they are surrounded by a thick black smog hiding their allies & enemies from them.

The ability only persists for 3 seconds, as long as the initial Antiheal remains.

Talents

Level 1 Talents

Fueled (Will of the Unwilling)
Each Entropy Charge increases Pogmazius' Basic Attack speed by 10%, persisting for 3 seconds after the charges are spent.

Otherworldly Tectonics (Arcing Void)
The orbs reach their destination 50% quicker, deal 10% more damage and Slow 15% more. The orbs persist in their location for 1 second less.

Fade (Active)
Fade from reality, gaining Evade for 2 seconds, increasing the duration by .5 seconds for each active Entropy Charge. During this time, Pogmazius cannot use abilities but deals 70% total damage with his Basic Attacks.

Level 4 Talents

Question Me? I Dare You (Will of the Unwilling)
While all 3 charges are active, Antiheal bonus is increased to 12% rather than 7.5%.

Endtime Armor (Destitute)
Rather than gaining 100% of a shield, 50% of Pogmazius' Antiheal is made into a shield, the other 50% granted as Armor.

Viral Destruction (Unseen Genome)
The orbs that rotate Pogmazius in his transit deal 20% more damage in a small area and grant Pogmazius 5 additional Armor.

Level 7 Talents

Galaxies Torn (Arcing Void)
If an enemy Hero breaks a link between the orbs, the chain will instantly regenerate but deal 50% damage and Slow by 30% for 2 seconds.

Stepping Shadow (Active)
Teleport to a chosen location in a large radius after a 2 second delay.

Inconceivable (Unseen Genome)
Pogmazius cannot be damaged while using Unseen Genome, and the only damage he can deal is from the orbs that orbit him.

Level 13 Talents

Deadly Sequence (Unseen Genome)
Pogmazius now creates up to 5 orbs to orbit himself, and he gains 5% Movement Speed upon arrival for 3 seconds for each orb that damaged an enemy during transit.

Threatening Aura (Destitute)
Pogmazius deals damage in an aura equal to 10% of the Antihealth he currently has while Destitute is active over the duration.

Void Physics (Passive/Arcing Void)
Pogmazius can Basic Attack his orbs from Arcing Void to pick it up, refreshing its duration and being able to throw it to a nearby location. He can only move each one once during a single lifetime of the orb. If he hits an orb with another one, it will move them both.

Level 16 Talents

Antagonize (Passive)
Enemies within range of Pogmazius take 25% increased effects from crowd control.

Leeching Lifeforme (Will of the Unwilling)
Entropy Charges increase the duration of Antihealth by 0.5 seconds per charge.

Hover Body (Passive)
Pogmazius' Movement Speed is increased by 20% when under the effect of Antiheal.

Level 20 Talents

Catastrophe Existence (Entropic Geyser)
Pogmazius takes 50% reduced damage while channeling, the geysers deal 50% increased damage and Pogmazius gains Unstoppable for 2 seconds after channeling.

True Forme! (Isolate)
Rather than darkening the area around himself and a single target, Pogmazius now Antiheals every enemy Hero in a medium radius around him, Antihealing a maximum of 6% health for each enemy Hero affected, to 35% if only a single target is affected.

Pathetic Morsels! (Passive)
Pogmazius' Basic Attacks Antiheal his target's health by 1%, stacking up to 10% maximum.

Entropy Sack (Will of the Unwilling)
Pogmazius' Basic Attacks no longer speed up Entropy Charge generation. Instead, all 3 charges will spawn as a single one each 10 seconds.
