Private Ayers

Combat Medic

Private Ayers is a durable, front line Combat Medic.  Her damage output is very low, but her CMC-405 light combat suit and shield give her extra protection that allows her to provide support in the thick of combat.  Her focus is on single target healing and providing opportunities for teammates to thrive by preventing lockdown on friendly heroes and offering movement speed, attack speed, and damage reduction buffs.  Her abilities have a short range and require aggressive positioning to be most effective.  

I added Talents, but didn't put any thought into their order within each tier (which would be for the sake of talent gating) and I didn't explain the effects of her generic talents.

Health- 800 (+180 per lvl)
Mana- 500 (+10 per lvl)
APS- .91
Range- 4.5
Damage- 40 (+10 per lvl)
DPS- 36.4 (+9.1 per lvl)

Combat Trait

Healing Laser (D)
Cooldown: 2s

Activate to toggle to a healing laser, which targets friendly heroes and provides a channeled heal.  The healing is increased the closer Pvt. Ayers is to her target.  Ayers can move and use abilities while channeling.  (Channeling uses a small amount of mana)

Primary Abilities

Cooldown: 16s
Mana: 50

Activate to remove all stuns, roots, silences, and slows from the target and prevents their reapplication for 1 second.

Optical Flare (W)
Cooldown: 12s
Mana: 45

Launch a flair overhead, dealing a small amount of damage and blinding all enemies within a  radius, causing them to miss their basic attacks for the next 2 seconds.  The flare will remain in place for 2 seconds and reapply the blind effect every second for it's duration.  (Radius will be on par with Johanna's Condem)

Take Cover (E)
Cooldown: 10s
Mana: 35

Ayers takes cover behind her shield decreasing all damage taken by 50% for 3 seconds.  Movement speed is reduced by 40% when active. Reapplying will deactivate the ability.

Heroic Abilities

Medivac (R1)
Cooldown: 120s

Summon a Medivac at the location of targeted friendly Hero. The Medivac will heal targets in the area for a moderate amount for 15 seconds. A friendly hero can board the Medivac by right clicking on it.  Once loaded the Medivac will fly the hero to the Pvt. Ayers' location.  (The Medivac has a 15 second duration, but will always return to Ayers if it is in transit before despawning. It will resume healing targets in the area upon reaching Ayers if duration hasn't elapsed. The Medivac can be destroyed to drop it's occupant, but cannot be CCed.  The occupant can exit the Medivac any time before reaching it's destination.  Once the Medivac reaches Ayers, friendly heroes can no longer board it.  If Ayers dies before the Medivac reaches her it will continue towards her last location.)

Final Protocal (R2)
Cooldown: 45s

Targeted on an a friendly hero.  If that hero dies within 10 seconds of application their death timer is reduced to 5 seconds.  Cooldown reduced by 30 seconds if target survives it's duration.  

Tier 1

1. Block

2. Scouting Drone

3. Excessive Heat (W)- Optical Flare does 100% more damage to enemy heroes.

4. Empower the Weak (D)- Healing Laser can now target minions.  The targeted minion will gain +200% damage and +200% life while channeled. (Can provide some lane presence given her low damage output.) 

Tier 2

1. Protective Shield

2. Overdose- Activate to poison an enemy hero, dealing 180 (+30 per level) damage over 10 seconds. (Envenom rebranded)

3. Free Flowing (D)- Mana cost of Healing Laser is reduced every second it remains channeled on a single target.

4. Better Drugs (Q)- Restoration prevents CC reapplication for 3 seconds.

Tier 3

1. Calldown: MULE

2. Focused Beam (D)- Healing Laser scales to maximum heal at a further distance from the target.  

3. Mobile Defense (E)- Reduce movement speed reduction of Take Cover by 50%.

4. Tracking Flare (W)- The lingering effect of Optical Flare follows the Ayers' position and it's duration is increased by 50%

Tier 5

1. Sprint

2. Shrink Ray

3. Concussive Flash (W)- Enemies hit by Optical Flare's initial blast will be slowed by 40% for 2 seconds. 

4. Energy Beam (D)- Increases movement speed of Healing Laser's target by 20%.

5. Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (Q)- Restoration increases targets attack speed by 25% for 5s.

Tier 6

1. Emergency Plating (E)- Take Cover's cooldown will regenerate 50% faster when below 50% life.  

2. Dazed and Confused (W)- Enemies hit by Optical Flare take 25% more damage from all sources.

3. More Lasers! (D)- Healing Laser creates 2 additional healing beams that will extend to nearby friendly heroes to provide 50% healing to each.

4. Strong Anesthetic (Q)- Restoration reduces all damage taken by 33% for 2 seconds.  

Tier 7

1. Medivac Mk II (R1)- Medivac has 40% more life, cooldown is reduced by 20 seconds, and movement speed is increased by 30%.

2. Redeploy (R2)- If Final Protocal activates, a Dropship will quickly transport them from the nexus back to where they died.  The hero can exit the Dropship at any point along the root.  (Essentially the hero will respawn where he died after 5 seconds, but if that's not a safe location anymore they can drop sooner)
