The Scourge Genius

Professor Putricide is the Scourge genius behind the development of all forms of blight, plague, ooze, scourge and death delivery.

Putricide is a Support who floods the battlefield with summons and can mutate into a dangerous monster if necessary.

Slimy Plague (Trait)

Good news, everyone! Basic Abilities Infect non-Structure enemies hit for 5 seconds. Non-Heroic targets take 50 damage over the duration. Upon dying, Infected enemies spawn Slime that lasts for 10 seconds, has Health equal to 25% of the maximum Health of died enemy, and Infects enemies it attacks.
Elite Mercenaries and Monsters don't summon Slime.

Blighting Concoction (Q)

Mana: 40
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Toss a concoction at the target area to deal 60 damage.
Slows enemies hit by 20% for 3 seconds and creates a pool of blight for 4 seconds that heals allies for 15 and deals 15 damage to enemies every 0.25 seconds.

Range: 12
Radius: 3

Pool of blight has the same radius as the concoction.
Pool of blight only affects non-Structure characters.

Ooze Jar (W)

Mana: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Toss a jar at the target area to deal 50 damage.
Reduces the Attack Speed of enemies hit by 20% for 2 seconds and releases Ooze. The Ooze lasts for 10 seconds, has Health equal to 25% of the current Health of each enemy hit by the jar combined, and Infects enemies it attacks.
Structures, Elite Mercenaries and Monsters don't give the Ooze Health.

If no enemies that can give Health are hit, the Ooze will not appear.
Ooze targets nearest enemies, prioritizing Heroes. If no enemies are found, It goes to the nearest lane to push it.

Explosive Potion (E)

Mana: 80
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Toss a potion at the target area to explode it.
Non-Heroic enemies hit take 120 damage.
Enemy Heroes hit take 80 damage and lose 10 Armor for 3 seconds.
Allied Heroes hit are healed for 80 and gain 10 Armor for 3 seconds.
If Slime or Ooze is hit, it splits into two smaller versions, each with 50% of its remaining Health. Both last for 5 seconds. Smaller versions can't be split.

Radius: 4

Smaller versions act exactly the same as the original.

Heroic Abilities

Mad Science (R1)

Cooldown: 60 seconds
Experiment on yourself! For the next 10 seconds, gain 10% Movement Speed and 20% Spell Power, recharge Basic Abilities 30% faster, and unlock the ability to target Slime and Ooze to consume it, healing you for 50% of its current Health.

Only allied Slime/Ooze can be targeted.
Only Slime/Ooze within Attack Range can be consumed.

Perfect Plague (R2)

Mana: 100
Cooldown: 75 seconds
Cast for 10 seconds to perfect the plague. Cancelling the cast refreshes the cooldown. Once the cast is complete, you have 25 seconds to toss a Perfect Plague potion at the target area to deal 250 damage and afflict enemies hit with various symptoms:
Revealed;
Armor is reduced by 10;
Damage dealt is reduced by 30%;
Healing received is reduced by 50%;
Movement Speed is reduced by 20%.
Effects last for 5 seconds.

Range: 10
Radius: 5

Cooldown starts when the Perfect Plague potion is used or expired.
The Perfect Plague potion is revealed to all players via visual effects while it exists.

LEVEL 1

Blighting Fumes
Pool of blight deals 30% more damage to Slowed enemies.

Volatile Ooze
Ooze lasts 3 seconds less, but moves and attacks 20% faster.

Field Testing
?Quest: Every time an Infected enemy dies, increase the damage of Infection by 5.
?Reward: Every time you reach 100 bonus damage, increase the duration of Infection by 5 seconds.

LEVEL 4

Unstable Concoction
Pool of blight lasts 1 second less, but its healing is increased by 20%.
?Gambit: Blighting Concoction's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds. Every death reduces this bonus by 0.5 seconds.

Explosive Ingredients
Reduce Explosive Potion's Mana cost by 25. Hitting at least 3 Heroes with it restores 25 Mana.

Slimy Remains
Every time an Infected enemy dies, Putricide restores 4% of his maximum Health and 2% of his maximum Mana.

LEVEL 7

Perfect Smell
Concoction and its pool of blight deal bonus damage to Heroes equal to 0.5% of their maximum Health.

Potion of Frenzy
Explosive Potion grants allied Heroes 20% Attack Speed and 20% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

Smelly Friends
Slime deals 15 damage each second to nearby enemies. This effect doesn't Infect.

LEVEL 13

Tear Gas
Enemy Heroes inside the pool of blight are Blinded. This effect lasts for 0.5 seconds after leaving it.

Oozing Results
Reduce the cooldown of Ooze Jar by 2 seconds. Hitting at least 2 enemy Heroes with it grants the released Ooze 20 Armor.

Suppressive Admixture
Explosive Potion reduces the Spell Power of enemy Heroes hit by 30% for 3 seconds.

Mutated Slash
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Passive: Attack Range is reduced to 2, but Attack Damage is increased by 100%.
Active: Deal 160 damage to an enemy and Slow them by 20% for 2 seconds.
Range: 2

LEVEL 16

Angry Companions
Increase the radius of Ooze Jar by 25%. Ooze deals bonus damage to Heroes equal to 3% of their maximum Health.

Choking Gas
Explosive Potion Stuns enemies hit for 0.5 seconds.

Parasitic Plague
Infected enemies spawn another, smaller Slime upon dying, with only 15% of the maximum Health of died enemy.

Mutated Strength
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Passive: Gain 10% Movement Speed and 25% Attack Speed.
Active: Increase the Attack Speed bonus to 50% for 3 seconds.
Requires Mutated Slash.

LEVEL 20

Maddest Science!!!
Mad Science lasts 5 seconds longer and also grants 25 Armor.

Death Delivery
Tossing the Perfect Plague potion also tosses Blighting Concoction, Ooze Jar, and Explosive Potion at the same area.

Rotface
Summon Rotface at the Hall of Storms. He needs to be reanimated with a cast for 2 seconds, after which he will follow you, attacking nearby enemies and Infecting them. Upon dying, he is summoned at the Hall of Storms and must be reanimated again. Your death will cause him to flee back to the Hall of Storms. Rotface takes over Putricide's Trait button.

Absolute Mutation

Basic Attacks cleave in an arc in front of you and Infect enemies hit.
Mutated Slash hits all enemies in an arc in front of you and Infects them.
Radius: 2
Arc: 180 degrees
Requires both Mutated Slash and Mutated Strength.

This concept is a little broken right at the starting line, because a 30 second DoT means that Fenix, Samuro, Zeratul, Muradin, Nova, Valeera, Falstad, and Olaf effectively lose access to their traits if they dare try to interact with Putricide, which is just unacceptable. Given the low damage, it might as well just be a Mark, but then you run into problems where hoard summons aren't particularly fun to play against and tend to have fairly low room for meaningful skill expression and/or have "sit the whole game out" playstyles.
