PURE SUPPORT

So, I basically wanted to create a character that was all about support. If you look at the medic in TF2, I was kind of thinking about that whilst designing this, except I wanted to make it 100% about the support. You get some damage if you pick up envenom, but the majority is about supporting allies.

The biggest feature of this char for me is that he does not have an auto attack. Oh No! I hear you cry, he's useless! The whole idea of this is A) so that you can't go in a lane by yourself (again, support char should be supporting) and then also B) so that the other abilities can be stronger.

Also, this character was designed around it being SC2 based (hence the medevac) but I don't know anything about lore and I'm unoriginal so yea

TL:DR - No auto-attack because the character has a sole purpose of supporting it's team

Combat Trait

Energy Beam
You have No mana and No auto attack

Instead you have an energy beam that targets allies (and allied minions/mercs)

Can be re-targetted every X seconds

Primary Abilities

Heal Beam
Heals the targetted ally X HP/second

Buff Beam
Buffs the ally with X% attack speed
3
Stealth Beam
Applies Stealth (like novas) to targetted ally (and beam)

If stealth gets broken then you are stunned for X seconds (for balance reasons)

Heroic Abilities

Medivac
When activated, you turn into/Piolt a medivac. Allied heroes can load into the medivac by right clicking on it and are invunerable whilst in it. However, if they are in the medivac when it dies they will all take X damage.

Unique Medivac Abilities:
q - Ignite Afterburners (get a speed boost for X seconds)
w - Caduceus Reactor (refils every loaded ally's mana by X)
e - Ejector Seat (drops loaded allies like in SC2, one after another)
r - Cancel Medivac Form (allies who are still loaded will take X damage

Multibeam
When activated, your beam targets 2 allied heroes for X seconds. Will be canceled by a stun

(Q) Mana Beam -  Your healing beam also restores X mana/sec
(W) Move Speed - Your buff beam also gives targetted allies a move speed buff
(E) Move Speed - Your stealth beam also gives targetted allies a move speed buff
(Trait) Health Restoration - You have 2x health regen whilst you do not have the (recently drunk from fountain modifier)

Level 4
(W) Super Minions - Targetted minions do 2x damage
(E) Cooldown Reduction - Targetted allies take -X% cooldown reduction
(Trait) Advanced energy beam - Beam has +X% range
(Activatable) Envenom
(Activatable Bribe

Level 7
(Q) Increased healing - Targetted allies now heal faster
(W) Seige - Targetted allies do +X% damage vs structures
(W) Reveal - Targetted allies attacks now reveal an enemy for X secs
(Activatable) Mule

Level 10
(R) Medivac
(R) Multibeam

Level 13
(Q) Burst Heal - The first tick of healing when targetting an ally is 3x normal
(W) Slow Attacks - Targetted allies now get a slow effect on their auto attack
(E) Extra Damage - Allies now do X% extra damage on their first attack after de-stealthing
(Activatable) Shrink Ray

Level 16
(Q) Shielding - Upon reaching full health you now create a shield that can grow to X% of the targets max health. Lasts for X secs after un-targetting.
(Q) Block - Targetted allies have an X% chance to block attacks
(W) Range Extender - Targetted allies get +X% range on all attacks and abilities
(E) Silence reduction - You are now silenced for less time when your allyis forcefully de-stealthed

Level 20
(R) Better Medivac - Improved abilities : Q lasts X seconds longer, W restores X% more mana and E is now instantaneous (they are all ejected at once)
(R) More Beams - You now can target 4 seperate allies with mutibeam
(Trait) Self Targetting - Your beam will now always also apply to yourself aswell as the target
(Activatable) Bolt of the Storm (Blink)
(Activatable) Storm Shield
