Rakanoth swings his arm blades in a cross in front of him causing a small amount of damage in a cone.
Cooldown: 5s

Teleport
Rakanoth teleports to selected enemy or ally.
Cooldown: 25s

Blade Strike
Rakanoth will teleport to the player and, turning a bright blue, will lunge his arm blades into the hero. This attack does very high damage.
Cooldown: 15s

Volley
The Lord of Anguish will rise into the air, spread his arms outwards, and fire off a volley of blue spinning blades. These blades will do high damage and explode on impact in a small area.
Cooldown: 60s

Lord of Despair
Rakanoth charges forward in a line, instilling despair in all who cross his path causing them to be stunned for 1.5s and take 15% increased damage for 2s.
