rakkanoth is a healer hunter, very good against doucle supp comps. His passive makes ennemies healers less efficient, and his execution is good to kill backlane.
He also has a lot a tricks, like the ability to steal ennemy health globes, summon lickers to harass backlane, freeze heroic skills cooldowns, lifesteel... Each of his heroic skills have two improvement options instead of usual one, and the fifth level 20 talent is also and heroic upgrade.

Ennemy affected by mark of despair receive 50% less heal from any sources. Every new aplication refresh its duration

Cooldown : 8 seconds
Your next basic attacks cleaves and deals 100% more damages, and deals an additionnal 20 damages per second for 3 seconds. Those damages apply mark of despair.

Wind of decay

Cooldown : 8 seconds.
After 0.5 seconds, throw 5 bolts in arc in front of you. Each of those bolts deals 120 damages to the first ennemy hit, and slow him for 20% for 2 seconds.

Exécution

Cooldown : 16 seconds
After 1 second, Teleports to target enemy and deal him 320 damages.

Create a large aera of decay on the ground around rakanoth. This aera deals 30 damages per seconds to ennemies in it, and slow them for 10%. Those damages apply mark of decay.
