Love the concept mate! I feel like you did a great job of translating Ramattra from the 'language' of Overwatch into the 'language' of HOTS. Bruiser feels like the right role, making his shield a buff instead of a freestanding shield, giving Nemesis Form some CC and an unstoppable ability, it all just feels like such a good and clear version of the character.
I think my only note/questions are some clarifying ones about a few abilities. Quantum dynamics states that Ravenous Vortex has a "location and direction." From what I understood, it's just a circular aoe, right? How does it have a direction?
The other thing would be Nanite Storm. It's the only thing that feels lacking compared to the rest of the ides; it seems like basically Annihilation but on a stick. I feel like there could be something more interesting to use as a second ult choice. Something that serves a different purpose than aoe that refreshes when damaging enemies (a summon, a debuff, a single target initiate, etc.) Also, it lists that it can be repositioned with the r key but lists no cooldown for it. Doesn't that mean it technically could just be moved as fast as you can click to keep it on enemies?
Again, brilliant concept! It feels very tangible and true to the character.

Thank you for kind words and feedback!
I made a mistake in wording for Quantum Dynamics, originally I imagined it as a talent for Power Ray but later changed my mind because I gave it 3 charges with Level 20 talent hence reactivation and charge ability button would be messy.
I also agree with you on Nanite Storm, it is lackluster, originally I imagined it to work something akin to Viktor's Ultimate from LoL. I was conflicted if it should automatically follow enemy you focus, or if you should manually target it yourself. If you have any suggestions for a different Heroic, feel free to suggest, I will tinker with possibilities as well.
Once again, thank you for great feedback!

Ahh that totally makes sense! That's a huge pain point for me when making concepts honestly.
It's definitely a cool idea but with the context of Annihilation it doesn't pop. If you're looking for suggestions, I'm a sl*t for giving characters that have an army/are leaders of a force a summon ult. Ramattra is the head of Null Sector right? Maybe the second ult is some kind of summon using either the old Archives units or some of the unreleased ones from OW 2? There's the basic Null Troopers, the massive, shielded Eradicator, or even the Detonator bombs. It's not part of his gameplay in OW but you've already done such a good job translating him over and it's a core part of his character.
Anyways, I think a summon could be dope. I'd be down to workshop ideas with ya sometime if you want further ideas or help but I also don't want to overstay my welcome (this is your great concept)!
