Talents

Level 1:

Void Lock: Increase the duration of Lock by 1 second.

Known Path: Decrease Void-Energy cost of Shadow Walk by 15.

Shadow Guid: Increase duration of Through the Shadows by 2 seconds.

Void Help: [ACTIVE] Activate to increase movement and attack speed of an ally by 15% for 3 seconds. (Cooldown: 45 seconds)

Level 4:

Fortification Lock: Lock can now be used on fortifications preventing it from attacking for 5 seconds.

Shadow Mercenary: Increase Void-Energy regeneration from Knight merc to 2 per second, from siege merc to 4 per second and from boss to 7 per second.

Void Shield: [ACTIVE] Activate to shield an ally for 25% of their max health for 6 seconds. (Cooldown: 25 seconds)

Healing Ward: [ACTIVE] Activate to place a ward on the ground that heals allies in an area for 1.95% of their max health per second for 10 seconds.

Level 7:

Deadly Prison: Hero locked inside Lock take 20(+3 per level) damage per second.

Enemies in the Void: Gain Void-Energy from enemies.

Refreshing Energy: Decrease basic ability cooldown by 0.25 per second for each allied hero nearby.

Touch of the Void: Hero locked inside Lock take 15% more damage.

Level 13:

Healing Guide: Through the Shadows heal 7% of the hero's max health per second as long as it doesn't break.

Shadow Stealth: [ACTIVE] Activate to automatically activate Cloak and make it unbreakable for 2 seconds. (Cooldown: 30 seconds)

Void Connection: Increase duration of Shadow Walk by 2 seconds.

Shadow Master: Abilities don't break Permanent Cloak anymore, but channeling (including mounting and hearthstone), attacking with basic attacks or taking damage do.

Level 16:

Fast Escape: Shadow walk automatically activate when you are under 15% health with 40 seconds cooldown.

Void Health: Shadow Walk heal 12% of your max health per second.

Spell Shield: Upon taking ability damage, reduce that damage and further ability damage by 50% for 3 seconds. (Cooldown 30 seconds)

Level 20:

Time is in Our Favor: Increase movement and attack speed of allies inside Time Warp by 15%.

One Sided Battle: Vortex doesn't effect allies. Increase radius of Vortex by 10%.

Black Hole: All heroes inside Vortex take 2% of their max health as damage per second, minion and merc (except for boss) automatically die when enter Vortex. 

Storm Shield: [ACTIVATE] Active to give nearby allied heroes a shield for 20% of their max health.

Changing lock to a 1.5 second stasis wouldn't be extremely good, making it 2-2.5 secs if it turns into a stasis would be good, basically being a single target vp, keeping the same cost and cooldown.

Keeping it as a 1.5 second stun, I would probably keep it the way it is -- make the cooldown 9-10 seconds instead, and make Void lock raise it back to 11 or 12, for the reward of having 1 extra second of stun, maybe?

I'm not a pro by any means -- although I do play on a pretty decent level -- so take suggestions coming from me with a bit (QUITE a bit) of salt.

One thing I notice is that her q is game breaking. a 3 second stun on a 12 second cooldown? That's like a single target version of Valla's ultimate -- But with a better single stun, and less of a cooldown. Stun Kaelthas with a zera, or a nova on your team? You just killed a big, BIG chunk of damage of the enemy team, without paying that much. Void Lock makes it even worse. Deadly Prison or Touch of the Void makes near certain that the enemy will die, unless your whole team sucks. I can easily see people face rolling a game by going for a q build.

Vortex is just a Zagara maw that sucks allies in as well. Black hole is game breaking. 5 x 6 = 30%, but to the whole enemy team? That is game breaking.

Also, little side note -- Black Hole will be the talent of choice for all trolls, who will vortex their own allies just to make them lose a team fight.

Other than that? Nice concept!
