Heaven's Devils Marauder

Kev West was one of the few mercenaries to be honorably discharged from the Dominion Armed Forces, and is a man who lives by his own code. Though he refuses to take jobs that have the possibility of harming innocent people, West still works steadily. His war days might be behind him, but he did not lose his bite.

Rattlesnake is a Ranged Tank who provides a lot of sustain to his team.

Deploy a device with 360 Health that heals nearby allies for 120 every second.

Unit Radius: 0.25

Cast is instant, but has a 0.15 second delay before being deployed.
Emits a total of 6 healing waves, with the last one being released once it expires without being destroyed.
Auras of different Revitalizers stack.

Prevent 25% of the damage dealt to nearby allied Heroes over the next 4 seconds.
Once this effect ends, receive 100% of the damage prevented over 4 seconds.
Guarding Field can be reactivated to end its effect preemptively.

Cast is instant and uninterruptible.
Guarding Field does not affect Rattlesnake.

❢Quest: Hit 10 Heroes with Punisher Grenade or hit at least 3 Heroes with a single Punisher Grenade.
❢Reward: Increase its explosion radius by 25% and reduce its Mana cost by 20.

Kinetic Foam
Gain 10 Physical Armor.
While Guarding Field is active, increase this bonus to 40.

Muscle Courage
Gain 5% Movement Speed.
While at or above 15 Armor, increase this bonus to 15%.

LEVEL 4

Concussive Shells
Punisher Grenade's Slow is increased to 100% for all targets, but now decays over the duration.

Suppressive Shells
Heroes hit by Punisher Grenade have their damage dealt reduced by 20% for 3 seconds.
This effect is increased to 40% for the primary target.

Go Time!
Guarding Field grants allies 10% Movement Speed while active and for 2 seconds after.

Upgraded Capacitors
Reduce Punisher Grenade's cooldown by 2 seconds.

Upgraded Munitions
Increase Punisher Grenade's damage to secondary targets by 50%.

Upgraded Targeting System
Increase Punisher Grenade's travel range and speed by 20%.

LEVEL 13

Regeneration Module
Revitalizer gains 25 Armor and restores 25% more Health to Heroes below 50% Health.

Moebius Aggression Blend
Heroes healed by Revitalizer deal 25% more damage for 2 seconds.
Subsequent healing refreshes the duration.

Umojan Signal Modulator
Revitalizer can be deployed from any range.
Cannot be deployed out of vision.

LEVEL 16

Hammer Munitions
Increase the duration of Punisher Grenade's Slow by 2 seconds.

Reliable Projection
Increase Guarding Field's duration by 2 seconds.
Guarding Field's cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds per 120 damage prevented over the duration, up to 4 seconds.

Better Off Alone
Muscle Mettle's Armor bonus persists for 3 seconds.
While there are no allied Heroes nearby, Muscle Mettle's Armor bonus is doubled.

Technical Recruiter
Using a Basic Ability reduces the cooldown of Tech Module by 4 seconds.
Passive: Gain the benefits of all level 13 talents.

Super Stimpack
Back-up Stimpack's healing is increased by 50%.
Back-up Stimpack also grants 20% Movement Speed.

Heavy Plating
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to gain 60 Armor for 3 seconds.
Each time Revitalizer heals an allied Hero, reduce the cooldown of Heavy Plating by 1 second.

Heaven's Devils Style
Basic Attacks splash for 50% damage and Slow all enemies hit by 25% for 1 second.
