The Crusader

Clad in powered armor and swinging his hammer, Reinhardt leads a rocket-propelled charge across the battleground and defends his teammates with a massive energy barrier.

Class: Warrior
Sub Class: Tank
Difficulty: Medium


Sup, I'm a Korean gamer and known in HoTS community as "Nerf" or "PleaseNerfME#11687"
This is my THIRD Overwatch Hero concept so far, and making concepts and adjusting them to your liking is pretty fun so here I am :)
I don't play Overwatch, but I am fascinated with the heroes' kit and I wish more of them join the roster soon.

Combat Trait

Primary / Basic Attack
ROCKET HAMMER (D)

Reinhardt's Rocket Hammer is an exemplary melee weapon, able to deal punishing damage in a wide arc with every swing.

Secondary
BARRIER FIELD (D)

Reinhardt projects a wide, forward-facing energy barrier. Though Reinhardt can protect himself and his companions behind the barrier, he cannot attack and travels 20% slower while sustaining it. Blocks and nullifies all hostile Projectiles, and absorbs its damage and negative effects. the barrier has its own Health and bonus shield damage is 50% effective against the BARRIER FIELD (D). Reinhardt will not moave towards an enemy upon Right Clicking on it, instead it will Target Lock it, letting Reinhardt to constantly face the target while moving around. Target Lock will be dismissed when the Shield is down or Target moves out of Sight Range.

Health: 1940 (+4%/LVL)
Healing: 10% per second, after being down for 1.7 seconds
Armor: 50 armor against Bonus Damage To Shields
Movement Speed: 80%
If the Barrier Field is broken, you must wait for the minimum charge of 50%, until available to cast again.

Activate D to Swap between his Primary and Secondary equipment.

Reinhardt has 40 Passive Armor at Full Health.

When Reinhardt's Health is below 60%, he loses all of his Passive Armor.

Reinhardt hurls a flame projectile which pierces and damages any enemies it touches.

Type: Linear Projectile (Skill Shot)

Activate to gain following effects for 5 seconds:

+ Attack Damage increased by 50%.

Cooldown: 15 seconds, 8 seconds if interrupted.
Mana: 80

After a 0.5 second delay, Reinhardt charges forth in a straight line, grabbing hold of enemies in his path, stunning them for the duration. If he collides with a wall, foes he's carrying suffer additional damage. The longer he travels, more bonus damage it deals upon collision. You can reactivate to cancel the animation.

Activating FORTITUDE (R) while sustaining BARRIER FIELD (D) will cause following effects for 5 seconds:

+ Reinhardt gains 40 Armor.
+ 100% of the absorbed damage returns to Reinhardt as Health.

Passive:
- Increased BARRIER FIELD (D) Health by 900 (+4%/LVL).
- Reinhardt's Basic Attacks and Abilities will charge the Shield for 200% of the damage dealt.

Level 1

Meat And Steel [Passive]

Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Max Health by 40 (+4%/LVL), up to 800 (+4%/LVL).
Reward: After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, your Passive Armor is no longer lost at low health.


Wildfire [Q]

Quest: Every time FIRE STRIKE (Q) hits an enemy Hero, increase its damage by 5 (+4%/LVL), up to 150 (+4%/LVL).
Reward: After hitting 30 Heroes, gain an additional 150 (+4%/LVL) damage.

Spellbreaker [D]


Every 6 seconds, BARRIER FIELD (D) gains a charge of Spell Block, reducing the damage taken by 50%.

Holds up to 3 charges

Honor And Glory [Passive]


Upon dying, instantly cleanse and grant all nearby allied Heroes 50 armor for 5 seconds.

Effective Radius of 4 Range around you.
