Rock n' Roll Racer

Speed Demon


Rock n' Roll Racer is the fastest hero in the game, but also very fragile. Rock n Roll Racer has no basic attack, relying entirely on ability damage.

Combat Trait

Second Gear
Reset the cooldown of your basic abilities.

100 second cooldown that refreshes faster based on your bonus movement speed.

Primary Abilities

Q - Rogue Missiles
Shoot a missile directly in front of you or directly behind you, dealing area damage and slowing targets hit by 10% for 2 seconds. Slow stacks.

2 charges. 6 second cooldown.

Can be used while Drifting.

W - Drift
Travel sideways in the direction you were moving, dealing damage to enemies you pass through and preventing you from changing direction. Lasts 1.5 seconds.

Deals increased damage based on your bonus movement speed.

9 second cooldown.

E - Nitro Boost
Instantly grant yourself the maximum movement speed bonus of Speed Racer (Z). If already at the maximum movement speed, gain an additional 15%.

Lasts 3 seconds. 12 second cooldown.

The bonus movement speed provided by Nitro Boost decays over its duration.

Can be used while Drifting.

Heroic Abilities

Grand Prix
Spawn a flag on each enemy Hero, slowing them by 5% for the duration of Grand Prix or until their flag is collected.

Rock n' Roll Racer can collect these flags by damaging these Heroes, increasing your movement speed by 3% for each flag collected until Grand Prix ends.

If Rock n' Roll Racer collects all flags during Grand Prix they permanently gain a 2% movement speed bonus and the cooldown of Grand Prix is permanently reduced by 5 seconds (minimum 45 seconds).


Lasts 30 seconds. 90 second cooldown.

Finish Line
Mark a target enemy Hero that is outside of a large area around you for 10 seconds. If you manage to pass through them before the effect expires they are rooted for 1.5 seconds and dealt damage equal to a percentage of their maximum health.

The potential damage dealt by Finish Line increases based on the distance Rock n' Roll Racer traveled, from 10% maximum health up to 35%.

Speed Racer
Rock n' Roll Racer's movement speed increases while moving, up to 40%, and they move through units.

Maximum speed reached after 3 seconds.

Speed quickly decays while stopped or changing directions.

Talents

Level 1:
Automatic Transmission - Second Gear is automatically activated if all of your basic abilities are on cooldown. This effect has a 45 second cooldown.
Gas Guzzler - The healing of Regeneration Globes and Wells lasts 100% longer. While being healed by one of these effects each instance of damage you deal to an enemy Hero deals additional spell damage, but the remaining duration of that heal effect is reduced by 10%.
Speed Bumps - Drift deals 100% bonus damage to non-Heroic units.

Level 4:
Track Master - Reduce the time it takes to reach maximum speed with Speed Racer to 2.5 seconds. (Quest) Spend 180 seconds at 140% or higher movement speed. (Reward) Speed Racer now increases your movement speed up to 50%
All-Season Tires - The duration of slows against you is reduced by an amount equal to your bonus movement speed when the slow was applied.
Pit Stop - Heal for 20% of your health over 3 seconds when stunned or rooted. This effect has a 45 second cooldown that refreshes faster based on your bonus movement speed.

Level 7:
Sidewinders - Rogue Missiles fired while Drifting deal increased damage based on your bonus movement speed.
KO Scatterpacks - Enemies hit by Rogue Missiles explode every 0.5 for 1.5 seconds, dealing a small amount of damage around themselves and refreshing the duration of the slow.
Evasive Maneuvers - Evade basic attacks while Nitro Boost is active, but evading a basic attack reduces Nitro Boost's duration by 0.1 seconds.

Level 10:
See above section.

Level 13:

Draft - Drifting through an allied Hero gives you and the ally 30% movement speed, decaying over 2 seconds.
Atlas Powerplate - Gain 30 Spell Armor while Nitro Boost is active and for 2 seconds after.
Grasshoppers - Passing through an enemy Hero while Nitro Boost is active adds 0.75 to its duration, once per Hero per cast.

Level 16:
Gearbox - Second Gear gains a charge. There is a 20 second cooldown between uses.
VK Plasma Rifles - Increase the range of Rogue Missiles by 25%, and they now pass pierce through all targets hit.
Hydrosprings - Enemies near you when Drift ends are knocked back. Gain 5% movement speed for 3 seconds for each enemy Hero hit by this knockback.

Level 20:
Grander Prix - If Grand Prix has reached a cooldown of 70 seconds or less the permanent movement speed buff it grants is increased to 3%. Effect is retroactive.
Lap 2 - If an enemy dies within 2 seconds of taking damage from Finish Line its cooldown is reset.
Demolition Derby - Gain a shield equal to 20% of your maximum health, refreshing every 15 seconds. Passing through an enemy Hero that has a shield destroys theirs and yours.
Land Speed Record - Your respawn timer is reduced by an amount equal to the highest bonus movement speed you've reached this game.

I hope they will add one of these cars into HotS as next Hero.
