High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Crusade

Under Whitemane's command, the members of the Scarlet Crusade have become ever more extreme in their battle against the Scourge. Their grasp on reality was slipping and as time moved on, Whitemane and her followers no longer trusted anyone that was not part of their own Scarlet Crusade, considering them plagued. Large numbers of innocent men and women were tortured and eventually killed because of this.

Combat Trait

Attonement
Hitting an enemy with smite grants 1 stack of atonement. Activate to consume stacks to increase damage and healing by 5% per stack for 2 seconds per stack. Maximum 5 stacks.

Primary Abilities

Smite
Deal 100 (+10 per level) holy damage to the first target in a line.

Power Word: Shield
Place a protective shield on a friendly hero that lasts for 3 seconds and absorbs 200 damage(+25 per level)

Decided by level 1 Talent

Secondary Abilities

Holy Word: Serenity
Heal a target for 500(+75 per level). 15 second cool down

Holy Word: Chastise
Stun an enemy within 5 yards for 1 second 7 second cool down.

Holy Word: Sanctify
Place a healing circle at targeted location that heals for 50(+ 20 per level) every .5 second for 6 seconds. 20 second cool down.

Heroic Abilities

Deep Sleep
Put target enemy hero to sleep for 8 seconds. Damage may cause the effect to end early.

Scarlet Resurection
The friendly hero with the longest remaining resurrection timer is temporarily resurrected. They are unkillable but die after 10 seconds.

Level 1 Talents

Holy Word : Serenity: Grants the ability Serenity, Which heals an ally

Holy Word : Chastise: Grants the ability Chastise, Which stuns an enemy

Holy Word : Sanctify: Grants the ability Sanctify, Which places a circle of healing at target location.

Level 4 Talents

Archangel - Atonement activates automatically when you reach 5 stacks.

Speed of Light - Your movement speed is increased by 2% per stack of atonement.

Holy Words - Spells cast while your atonement is active refund 35% of the mana spent on them.

Level 7 Talents

Holy Fire: Your smite now deals damage over time to the target.

Body and Soul: The target of you Power Word: Shield gains 25% movement speed for the duration.

Desperate Prayer: Place all of your other non heroic abilities on cool down and heal yourself for 100% of your maximum health.

Divine Bulwark: When you are hit by a stun or root you gain 50 armor for 3 seconds

Level 13 Talents

Lightwell: Place a lightwell that can be used by allies. The lightwell shares a cool down with healing fountains.

Divine Hymn: 3 second channel that restores 15% of your maximum mana per .5 seconds.

Penance: Smite hits all targets in a line and heals allies.

Level 16 Talents

Reflective Barrier: Power Word: Shield deals 10% of the damage absorbed back to the attacker.

Renew: Power Word: Shield now applies a heal over time effect to the target.

Echo of Light: Your Holy Word now has 2 charges

Leap of Faith: Pull target friendly hero within 15 yards to your location.

Level 20 Talents

Deeper Sleep: Your deep sleep now effects all enemies in a targeted area but damage always ends the effect.

Mass Resurrection: Scarlet Resurrection now effects all dead allies.

Guardian Angel; While atonement is active your abilities will heal the most injured nearby hero for an amount equal to their mana cost.

Serendipity: Your auto attacks reduce the cool down of you abilities by 1 seconds and grant atonement stacks.
