Thank you for your feedback. After thinking it through, I decided to give him Bladestorm. I did like the other ultimate so I tried to merge the two together.

First thing first i rly like your concept and it makes me punch me in the face that i didnt come up with it. But i think i have a couple ideas that would make gameplay a little more interesting and give a little more build variation (in talents and such).

what my idea builds around is to get as many critical strikes (ill just call em CS) in on your opponent(s) as possible giving him the potential to become a Bursty Assassin or a DPS Fighter. Lets get started.

1: Q should be able to stack up and trigger CS causing it to deal 75% of Basic Attack Damage as bonus damage. This will give him a super strong compo when put together with W. Stealthing into lane landing a CS and then spamming the **** out of your Q for another CS could be a HUGE burst potential. If nothing else make it a talent or something.

2: Maybe adding a short dash on Q could give him some rly annoying stickyness and could be great for DPS builds (Again you could consider adding it as a talent instead)

3: and last try think of a Blade Storm Ult cause that would be AMAZING

This is just some ideas so 100% up to you if you wanna make something out of it. so yeah :D

Thanks for replying, it's not his A that can attack invisible Heroes, it's his Q which is also a melee attack. So no, it doesn't annihilate Zeratul or Nova because if they are gonna be in melee, they will be revealed one way or the other anyway. I only added it because otherwise he didn't have any way of revealing stealth Heroes and I do not want him to go the Li Li route.

15 seconds for his ult might indeed be too long, I changed it to 12 seconds.

Just a little thing though : hitting automatically invisible heroes with your "a" is way too OP. It's not that it's very powerful, but it annihilates the utility of Zeratul, the poor guy could never get close without getting his face melted down by team. Nova is a really tricky hero to play 'cause of the positionning. You even take her off the possibility to place herself in danger
15 seconds is a bit long for the Ult move, but it seems to be balanced :)

Thank you, I also miss Bladestorm. I figured that it would be more of a challenge to think up something else because Sonya already has a kind of Bladestorm as well.

This is the best concept I have seen. As said above it is almost perfect, just Bladestorm is what I miss.

With the exception of him lacking Bladestorm, this is just perfect.
Also, I vote for a Lo Wang Skin:
