Saurfang is a frontline assassin with
a very powerfull self-sustain, high stamina, sustained
damage kit which defines his kill or be killed playstyle.

Passive - Rampage

Your basic attacks cleave and inflict the Bleed status. Bleed stacks up
to three times and lasts 2 seconds. Enemies inflicted with Bleed take 20% more damage from your
basic attacks and have 10% reduced healing.

Primary Abilities

Mortal Strike
Q - Mortal Strike ( Instacast )
50 mana | 8 second cooldown - 2 charges

Saurfang's next basic attack is going to deal 225 (5% per level) damage and
heal for the portion of damage dealt (15% lifesteal). Damage and lifesteal upgraded by 8% for each
stack of Bleed applied to the target. Basic attacks reduce the cooldown
of Mortal Strike by 0.3 seconds.

Cleave of Fury
W - Cleave of Fury ( Skillshot, 180° medium sized arc )
85 mana | 10 second cooldown

Swing your mighty axe in a large arc dealing 265 (5% per level) damage to enemies caught up
in your Cleave of Fury. For each hero inflicted with Bleed that gets hit by the swing
recover 6% of your maximum health.

Battlecry
E - Battlecry ( Instacast, high radius )
70 mana | 20 second cooldown

Saurfang does a loud battlecry, him and or any other allied hero caught
up in the battlecry receive 15 armor, +25% basic attack damage and +25% basic attack speed for the
duration of 4 seconds (This effect does not stack). For each enemy hero hit reduce
the cooldown by 3.5 seconds.

Rupturing Shout
1 - Rupturing Shout ( Instacast, medium radius )
45 second cooldown

Defuse all applied Bleed effects in a large radius around you. Saurfang
recovers 6% of his maximum health for each enemy hero's bleed effect that
gets defused.

Heroic Abilities

Execution
R - Execution ( Point and click, small range )
100 mana | 70 second cooldown

After a short delay, deal a massive blow to an enemy hero equal to 35% of their maximum health.
If it kills reduce the cooldown of Execution by 35 seconds and reset the cooldown of your basic
abilities.

Unrelenting Force
R - Unrelenting Force ( Point and click, medium range )
80 mana | 28 second cooldown

Charge at an enemy, root them and increase your basic attack speed by 100% all
for the duration of 3.5 seconds. If the target is killed during the root status
the cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds.

Tier 1 talents

Echoing Shout


Increase the range of Battlecry by 25%.

Path of Vengeance


Quest!: Hit heroes with Cleave of Fury.
Reward: After hitting 30 heroes with Cleave of Fury permanently decrease
it's cooldown by 3 seconds and increase the damage dealt by 35%.


Arms


Permanently gain +25% basic attack damage but -15% basic attack speed.

Tier 2 talents

Mortal Warrior


Mortal Strike gains an adittional charge but the cooldown
is increased by 5 seconds.


Corrupted Axe


Basic attacks heal.

Spiked Armor


Enemy basic attacks bounce back at
them with 65% of their initial strenght.

Tier 3 talents

Evasive Manuever


2 - Evasive Manuever ( Skillshot, short line )
4.5 second cooldown

Charge a short distance.

Mortal Favor


After using Mortal Strike gain 25% increased healing for 4.5 seconds,
this effect stacks up to two times.


Deep Scars


The Bleed status duration is increased by 1.5 seconds and the healing
reduction increased by 15%.

Tier 4 talents

Execution


R - Execution ( Point and click, small range )
100 mana | 70 second cooldown

After a short delay, deal a massive blow to an enemy hero equal to 35% of their maximum health.
If it kills reduce the cooldown of Execution by 35 seconds and reset the cooldown of your basic
abilities.


Unrelenting Force


R - Unrelenting Force ( Point and click, medium range )
80 mana | 28 second cooldown

Charge at an enemy, root them and increase your basic attack speed by 100% all
for the duration of 3.5 seconds. If the target is killed during the root status
the cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds.

Tier 5 talents

Battlefield Domination


For each enemy hero hit by your Battlecry perlong it's
duration and cooldown by 1.5 seconds. The mana cost is decreased by 15.


Double-edged Axe


Cleave of Fury now does a full 360

Tier 6 talents

Quick Recovery


Basic attacks decrease the cooldown of your Rupturing Shout
by 0.5 seconds and the cooldown is decreased by 10 seconds.


Memento Mori


Increase your basic attack damage by 15% and your
respawn timer by 20 seconds.


Second Breath


Rupturing Shout resets the cooldown of Battlecry.

Tier 7 talents

Undying Will


Execution heals for the damage dealt.

Titan Grip


Perlong the root by 3 seconds and gain the protected
status for duration of the root.


Mortal Master


Mortal Strike now splashes and the lifesteal
is increased by additional 20%.


Cleave of Domination


Cleave of Fury gains an additional charge and the
damage is increased by 35%.

Creator commentary

Hey everbody!! This is my first time actually creating a concept for a new hero
so I am not as experienced but I gave it my all :) Saurfang is supposed to be
very self-sustain focused and great against heavy melee match-up's but weaker
against ranged assassins as he doesn't really have anything that helps him
chase down his target or escape from tricky situations. I tried to create a
high risk high reward character so I would love to hear your feedback :)
