This is a weird character lmao. If he was actually released the way he is here, I'd say picking him is trolling. His abilities are way too weak and don't necessarily do anything great. 12 Armor is really nothing as a defensive buff, while -12 Armor is redundant, his other abilities only reveal, he has no cc, no damage potential of his own, and at this point Tyrande probably does the whole debuffing Armor, healing and revealing enemies thing better in every way. In the end it's your concept but there's a lot of cool things a Fortune Teller could do and I'd suggest you to maybe make a few changes to it :)

I changed Q and W, and am going to rework the talents accordingly. How's it look?

I like the changes, definetely makes the character better. I don't know how to feel about Glimpse of Fortunes dealing damage to enemy minions, cause it would basically be 3 Ragnaros Lava Waves, killing all minions in each lane for 25 seconds, plus the added benefit of dealing damage to whichever enemy you have vision of. Maybe make it not deal damage to minions? 12 is also an odd number, I'd bump it up to 15 to make it more normal. It would mean a 3% difference in damage increase and damage reduction but I think that's okay. Talents involving interactions between Fortunate Targets and his abilities would be very interesting, like, "Fortunate Targets bounces another time when hitting an enemy affected by Terrible Glimpse", something along those lines

He is real lategamer. Remember that armor doesn't scale in this game. This way, your spells are ****ty on early game and very strong later.

So you think I should change the armour buff/debuffs to flat values?

It's not possible to have armor scale, so yes, flat values. But if you want to make them scale in some way, you could add a quest talent that will buff your abilities later on.

If you want to add the picture you would've wanted to have as "profile picture" for the concept into the description. You can place the URL Link in between these. But remove the dots [img.]LINK HERE[/img.]
