Seraphine gains maximum stacks of Echo when the game starts and upon respawning.

Harmony: Seraphine's ability casts grant a Note to herself and nearby allied heroes that lasts 6 seconds, refreshes on subsequent Notes and stacks up to 4 times on each unit.

While any amount of Notes are active, Seraphine's next basic attack is empowered to have an uncancellable windup, gaining 1 bonus attack range per Note, and fire all Notes at the target, with each one dealing 95 magic damage, reduced by 75% for Notes from allies and increased by 200% against minions.

Seraphine grants a 200 hitpoint shield to herself and nearby allied heroes for 2.5 seconds. For the same duration, she also gains 20% bonus movement speed and grants allied heroes 10% bonus movement speed.

If Seraphine already had a shield at the time of cast, restore 100 health initially, and 20% of their missing health after the duration within the radius, health restored is increased by 10% per ally.

Surround Sound's effects can stack up to 2 times.

Encore's projectile resets its remaining travel distance whenever it hits an allied or enemy hero (excluding Seraphine). Allied heroes hit gain 4 Notes.

Level 1 Talents

Songstress's Dream: Quest: Gather Regeneration Globes to increase Seraphine's Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2 per second.
Reward: After gathering 20 Globes, increase your maximum Mana by 350 and gain permanent 10% bonus Spell Power.
Soothing Aura: Increase the Shield of Surround Sound by 5% per allied hero in its radius.
Melodic Melody: If High Note hits an enemy hero reduce its cooldown by 6 seconds.

Level 4 Talents

Echoing Lullaby: Beat Drop Sleeps enemies for 2 seconds after its immobilization expires.
Rhapsody of Empowerment: Quest: Shield or Heal 5,000 damage with Surround Sound.
Reward: After Shielding or Healing 5,000 damage with Surround Sound, reduce its cooldown by 4 seconds.
Preliminary Restoration: Allies effected by Surround Sound gain bonus 10% Attack Speed and 10% Spell Power for 2 seconds.

Level 7 Talents

Unyielding Cadence: Cooldown: 80 seconds

Activate to give an allied hero Unstoppable. Cannot be used on Seraphine.

Unyielding Cadence is lowered by 5 seconds for every time you Shield an allied hero.
Harmonic Overdrive: High Note gains an additional charge and its cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.
Eclipsing Safeguard: Enemies who auto-attack allies effected by Surround Sound have their Attack Speed and Spell Power reduced by 20%. Lasts 4 seconds after not hitting targets with Surround Sound.

Level 13 Talents

Harmonic Sweep: Beat Drop leaves a trail of harmonic melodies that deals 88 damage a second and reveal enemies for 5 seconds. The trail lasts 3 seconds.
Sonic Tempo: Upon reaching maximum stacks of Echo, Seraphine gains 30% bonus movement speed as long as the Echo is active, this bonus decays over 4 seconds after use.
Harmony's Sanctuary: While 3 or more heroes (excluding Seraphine) are under the effects of Surround Sound, Seraphine cannot be Stunned or Silenced for the duration of Surround Sound.

Level 16 Talents

Harmonic Fusion: Whenever an allied Hero gains 4 Note stacks, your next Surround Sound's healing and shielding is increased by 10%, up to 40%.
Echoing Crescendo: Whenever High Note Echoes, cast it a third time, dealing 50% bonus damage.
Resonant Shockwave: Increase Beat Drops slow to 80%, every enemy hero hit by Beat Drop reduces its cooldown by 1.25 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Symphonic Ascendance: Encore restores 210 health to allies in its path. Every hero hit by Encore reduces its cooldown by 15 seconds.
Rapture of Echoes: Harmony's Crescendo can Echo, gain an additional charge of Harmony's Crescendo.

The effects of Harmony's Crescendo can stack up to 2 times.
Crescendo's Haven: Allies effected by Surround Sound (Excluding Seraphine) are Unstoppable for 1.25 seconds.
Hextech Resonance: Whenever you cast an ability, gain a stack of Hextech Resonance. Casting an ability with 2 stacks causes the ability to cast thrice, removing all stacks of Hextech Resonance, and giving you full stacks of Echo. Casting an ability twice in the chain, Echoes excluded, removes all stacks for no effect.
