Jack Morrison was the commander of Overwatch until his presumed death. He took up a new identity as the vigilante Soldier: 76, and now searches for those responsible for sabotaging Overwatch.

After Basic Attacking 20 times you need to reload over 1.25 seconds. You can manually reload early by activating Heavy Pulse Rifle.

Mana:80 Cooldown: 8 seconds
Fire three rockets in a cluster, each dealing 156.87 (+4% per level) to the first enemy hit.

War Hero
Mana:75 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Rush to a nearby allied Hero. For 4 seconds, your Basic Attacks deal double damage to enemies who have damaged that Hero within the last 7 seconds.

Biotic Field
Mana:90 Cooldown: 14 seconds
Place a biotic emitter on the ground, healing nearby allies for 97.45 (+4% per level) every second for 5 seconds.

Tactical Visor
Mana:100 Cooldown: 90 seconds
Become able to Basic Attack while moving, and reduce your reload speed to 0.25 seconds. Lasts for 15 seconds.

Undercover
Mana:80 Cooldown: 50 seconds
Gain Stealth for up to 10 seconds and gain 50% bonus movement speed while Stealthed. You are Invulnerable for the first 2 seconds of Stealth.
Special Mount

Sprint
Cooldown: 1 second
Instead of mounting, immediately increase your movement speed by 25% until you attack or use abilities. This bonus is not lost upon taking damage.
War Hero and Undercover are nice, but they don't entirely fit Jack's persona. Remember - Soldier: 76 doesn't "play by the rules" anymore. Think of it like this - Soldier: 76 is Blizzard's Red Hood.
