Stella

The Operative

A stealthy operative with an explosive attitude and a pistol tuned to her methods of destruction, Stella's job is simple: leave none in her wake to expose her personal vendettas.

Combat Trait

1
Cycler Pistol
Stella has 6 bullets in her pistol, each Basic Attack expending a single bullet. Stella fires each bullet at 80% Attack Speed, but each bullet deals her Basic Attack Damage plus an additional 2% of her target's Missing Health each shot. After firing all 6 bullets, her pistol cycles to a sub-machine gun mode, firing a total of 24 bullets at 175% Attack Speed, but each bullet deals 5 (+4% per level) damage. After firing all of the bullets from this mode, Stella will switch back to a fully reloaded pistol mode.

If Stella hits a single enemy with all shots from her pistol mode & sub-machine gun mode, they will be marked Atomized for 4 seconds, granting Stella vision of the target for 4 seconds, and allowing her to hit through 20 of her target's Armor with each Basic Attack. This can only happen to a single target once every 8 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Bullet Barrage
Cooldown: 7s

Stella instantly switches to her sub-machine gun and unleashes a barrage of 24 bullets in a cone in front of her over 3 seconds. Each bullet deals scaling damage, starting at 12 (+4% per level) damage and increasing to a maximum of 63 (+4% per level) damage for each additional bullet to hit a single enemy. If an enemy reaches the damage cap with this ability, they're also marked as Atomized.

Shadow Hook
Cooldown: 10s
! Quest: Kill an enemy mid-dash with Shadow Hook.
Reward: Reduce this ability's cooldown by 3 seconds.

Stella goes Invisible for up to 3 seconds. During this time, Stella's Basic Attack becomes a grappling hook skillshot. If Stella hits an enemy Hero with the grappling hook, she will pull them to her and herself to them, colliding halfway & Stunning the enemy Hero for .75 seconds, additionally marking them as Atomized.

If Stella hits terrain with the grappling hook, she will pull herself towards it & gain 20% Movement Speed for 3 seconds. If Stella collides with an enemy Hero while pulling herself to terrain, she stops herself, deals 73 (+4% per level) damage and Roots the enemy for 1 second.

Whenever Stella uses the grappling hook, it will ALWAYS break Invisibility.

Loaded & Ready
Cooldown: 11s
Passive: The final bullet from Stella's clip always deals 30% increased damage.

Stella instantly primes her weapon and loads it with extra ammunition, refreshing her bullet count & automatically skips what her next weapon would be. For 2 seconds, all of her bullets fired after using this ability grant her 5% Attack Speed, 5% Movement Speed & 5% Damage, stacking up to 3 times for 3 seconds.

If Stella lands at least 3 enhanced Basic Attacks on a single enemy Hero, they're marked Atomized, Stella gains Stealth for 3 seconds & gains 15% Movement Speed while moving towards marked enemies.

Secondary Abilities

Phantax Decoy
Cooldown: 30s
Also activates when Stella takes lethal damage. Increases Cooldown to 60s.

Stella gains Invisibility for 4 seconds. During this time, she can control a clone of herself that deals no damage and takes 50% increased damage. If the clone dies, Stella's Invisibility ends.

Abandon
Cooldown: 10s

Stella blinks to a nearby area, dealing 66 (+4% per level) damage & gaining Invisibility for 2 seconds. If she damages an enemy Hero, reduce the cooldown by 50%.

Heroic Abilities

Molecule Melter
Cooldown: 80s
Passive: The final bullet from Stella's pistol form has a 25% chance to critically strike, dealing 150% damage.

Stella channels for 1 second and launches her grappling hook in a long, thin line in front of her. While it travels outward, if it hits an enemy Hero, it pushes them back a short distance & Slows them by 75% for 1 second. After reaching its length or hitting an enemy Hero, it will immediately retract itself backwards, dragging them a medium distance to Stella & applying a bomb to them for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds, the bomb detonates dealing 340 (+4% per level) damage, plus 35% of the original damage in a medium radius around the target.

Fission Fryer
Cooldown: 50s

Stella charges up her shot with a prototype weapon of a sniper rifle for up to 4 seconds. The longer she charges, the further this ability's range extends and the thinner the viable area of damage gets. After charging, she unleashes a bolt of pure energy, packed with the molten cores of all of her ammunition, dealing between 176 (+4% per level) and 502 (+4% per level) damage, increasing the longer she charges.

If the bullet hits an Atomized target, it will hit through 30 of the target's Armor.

Talents

Level 1

Phaser Bullets (Cycler Pistol)
Shooting the final bullet from Stella's pistol will reduce her active Cooldowns by 2 seconds.

Sludge Rot (Passive)
Atomized targets take damage equal to 0.5% of their Maximum Health each second.

Twister (Bullet Barrage)
Stella can recast Bullet Barrage to reposition it for the rest of the remaining duration.

Level 4

Steady Feet (Loaded & Ready)
Stella gains a burst of 50% Movement Speed for 1 second after activating Loaded & Ready.

Pulsedagger Attachment (Passive)
If Stella attacks within melee range of an enemy, she strikes it with a pulsedagger, dealing 33 (+4% per level) damage each second through Armor.

Stun Hook (Shadow Hook)
Enemies Stunned by Shadow Hook take 25% increased damage from Stella for 3 seconds.

Level 7

Phantax Decoy (Active)
Stella gains Invisibility for up to 4 seconds & controls a clone of herself that deals no damage & takes 50% increased damage for the duration. When the clone dies, Stella's Invisibility ends.

Vampire Bullets (Cycler Pistol)
Stella's pistol bullets heal her for 35% of the damage dealt. Stella's sub-machine gun bullets heal her for 2% of the damage dealt.

Double The Fun (Passive)
After Stella shoots the final bullet from her pistol, there's a 33% chance another bullet will strike her target, dealing 75% reduced damage & applying any 'final bullet' effects.

Level 13

Golden Shot (Passive)
After 3 pistol reloads, Stella's next pistol magazine will instead be a single bullet skillshot that deals 75% increased damage and applies 'on final bullet' effects.

Time's Up! (Loaded & Ready)
Whenever Stella hits an Atomized enemy Hero with enhanced Basic Attacks, refresh the enhanced Basic Attack duration by 1 second.

Sly (Passive)
Stella gains a 15% chance to Evade attacks. Each time she Evades, she gains 10% Movement Speed up to 3 times, for 4 seconds.

Level 16

Refreshing Bullets (Bullet Barrage)
Bullet Barrage's damage is increased by 20%. At the end of the duration, Stella heals for 35% of the damage dealt.

Penetrating Shot (Cycler Pistol)
The % of Missing Health bonus damage of Stella's pistol is increased to 6%.

Breaker (Passive)
Stella's abilities & Basic Attacks will not be reduced by bonus Armor.

Level 20

Gigantic Gripper (Molecule Melter)
Molecule Melter can affect more than one enemy Hero with its push and pull. The range and size is increased by 25%. In addition, the bomb duration is reduced to 1 second. Passive: Stella's final pistol bullet has a 100% chance to critically strike, dealing 140% damage.

Splitter Shot (Fission Fryer)
Reduce Fission Fryer's damage by 25% unless it's fully charged. When fully charged, it instead hits through EVERY ENEMY HERO'S Armor by 40 total.

Abandon (Active)
Stella blinks to a nearby area, dealing 66 (+4% per level) damage & gaining Invisibility for 2 seconds. If she damages an enemy Hero, reduce the cooldown by 50%.

Gunslinger (Cycler Pistol)
All of Stella's attacks using bullets deal 50% increased damage.
