Design Philosophy
This is a reimagining of my original Talandar concept inspired by his integration into the coop missions and borrows some concepts from it.

This version can choose to be a hybrid of warrior/assassin or warrior/specialist depending on his ultimate choice. This allows Talandar to be very adaptive during battle and become an entirely different hero to suit the situation. This comes at a price however as each "suit" has a separate health and energy and will be put on a long cooldown should the suit be destroyed in battle, heavily punishing careless players.

The praetor armor is designed to be a heavy frontline unit that takes damage for his teammates and disrupts the enemy frontline.
The solarite dragoon dishes out massive amounts of burst damage but can quickly run out of energy by doing so. It also benefits from a massively increased attack range and damage at a cost of some attack speed.
The cybros arbiter provides massive utility for the team in the form of mobility through mass recall, temporary disability through stasis field and ambush or escape tactics with his cloaking field.

Combat Trait

Fully restores Fenix's shields when depleted.

Passive: Fenix gains a 650 (+4%/level) point shield.

Phase Disruptor
Increases attack range to 7.5 and gains 67% increased basic attack damage but has 15% less attack speed.

Observation Protocol
Hovers above ground ignoring enemy collision. Also detects cloaked enemies in a 5 radius area around the arbiter (does not bring them out of stealth).

Thunderous Charge

Fenix charges to the target location, dealing 85 (+4%/level) damage and slowing nearby enemies by 25% for 3 seconds

(Usable in Praetor Armor)

Ability Key: W
Energy Cost: 35
Cooldown: 2 seconds

Deals 122 (+4%/level) damage to nearby enemies and stuns them for 0.2 seconds.

Guardian Shield
(Usable in Praetor Armor)

Ability Key: E
Energy Cost: 75
Cooldown: 17 seconds

Creates a force dome around Talandar that blocks all projectiles that collide with it negating their damage and effect. Projectiles fired from inside the shield are unaffected. Lasts 4 seconds.

Solar Cannon
(Usable in Solarite Dragoon)

Ability Key: Q
Energy Cost: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Fires a penetrating beam that deals 244 (+4%/level) damage to all enemy units in its path.

Solarite Flare
(Usable in Solarite Dragoon)

Ability Key: W
Energy Cost: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Fires an air-bursting flare that deals 244 (+4%/level) damage to nearby enemy units.

Arsenal Overcharge
(Usable in Solarite Dragoon)

Ability Key: E
Energy Cost: 100
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Causes your damaging abilities to have their cooldowns reduced to 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds.

Stasis Field
(Usable in Cybros Arbiter)

Ability Key: Q
Energy Cost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Places enemy units in a target area in stasis for 2 seconds. Units in stasis cannot move, attack, be attacked or be affected by abilities.

Cloaking Field
(Usable in Cybros Arbiter)

Ability Key: W
Energy Cost: 20/second
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Cloaks nearby friendly heroes while active. Attacking or using abilities breaks stealth for 1.5 seconds. Does not cloak Talandar.

Mass Recall
(Usable in Cybros Arbiter)

Ability Key: E
Energy Cost: 100
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Teleports all friendly heroes in a target area to the location of the Arbiter after 3 seconds.

Secondary Abilities

Purification Blast
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Fires a devastating blast that deals 250 (+4%/level) damage to the target unit. Each nearby friendly hero increases the damage by 150 (+4%/level).

Heroic Abilities

Solarite Dragoon
Ability Key: R
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Repair Time: 60 (+1/level) seconds

Allows Talandar to download his consciousness into the Solarite Dragoon and control it. Can use Solar Cannon, Solarite Flare and Arsenal Overcharge. The Solarite Dragoon is warped in at the Praetor Armor's location and takes its place when activated. If the Dragoon is destroyed it will undergo a repair time before it can be used again.

Upgrade: Solarite Furnace
- Each hero taken down reduces Arsenal Overcharge's cooldown by 8 seconds.
- Solar Cannon's damage is increased by 10% for each enemy hit while travelling.
- Increases Solarite Flare's area by 50%

Cybros Arbiter
Ability Key: R
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Repair Time: 60(+1/level) seconds

Allows Talandar to download his consciousness into the Cybros Arbiter and control it. Can use Stasis Field, Cloaking Field and Mass Recall.
The Cybros Arbiter is warped in at the Praetor Armor's location and takes its place when activated. If the Arbiter is destroyed it will undergo a repair time before it can be used again.

Upgrade: Temporal Matrix
- Increases energy regeneration by 2 per second.
- Stasis Field slows units by 30% for 2 seconds after the stasis wears off.
- Activating Cloaking Field also cloaks Talandar.

Praetor Armor
Ability Key: R
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Reverts Talandar's consciousness back to the Praetor Armor from the Arbiter or Dragoon Suits. The Praetor Armor is warped in at the Arbiter's or Dragoon's location.

Special Mount

1
Recall
Recalls Talandar back to the hall of storms after 10 seconds. Talandar can still move and attack while it is counting down. Recall cannot be interrupted.

Deploy
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Warps in Talandar at the target location while at the hall of storms over 3 seconds. When in Praetor Armor, Talandar is dropped from orbit and deals 237 (+4%/level) damage to nearby enemies upon arriving. Dying automatically resets the cooldown.

Talents

Tier 1

Hardened Shields (Quest): damage enemies with Thunderous Charge
Rewards:
- After damaging 10 heroes, Thunderous Charge grants 10 armor for 2 seconds.
- After damaging 25 heroes, Thunderous Charge grants 30 armor for 2.5 seconds.

Whirlwind Assault (Quest): damage heroes with Heavy Swing.
Rewards:
- After damaging heroes 30 times, radius is increased by 20%
- After damaging heroes 80 times, stun duration is increased to 0.5 seconds.

Shield Condenser (Trait): Collect regen globes, each regen globe increases health regen by 0.5 up to 15 and shield capacitor shields by 10 up to 300.
Rewards:
- After collecting 20 regen globes, gain +10 health regeneration
- After collecting 30 regen globes, half of shield capacitor's shields are retained when switching suits.

Tier 2

Coming Through (Q): Enemies along the way are pushed aside and take 43 (+4%/level) damage.

Retaliation (Q): Immediately cast an untalented Heavy Swing for free upon finishing the charge.

Burst Field (E): Increases Guardian Shield's duration by 2 seconds but each projectile blocked reduces the radius by 10% up to 50%.

Tier 3

Vortex (W): Enemies within range are pulled toward Talandar.

Expulsion (W): Enemies hit are knocked back and stunned for another 0.25 seconds.

Combo Spin (W): Every 3rd attack on an enemy hero triggers a free Heavy Swing.

Tier 4 (See Heroic abilities)

Tier 5

Rapid Recharge: offline suits regenerate health and energy 200% faster.

Avenging Protocol (Trait): When shield capacitor automatically activates, gain 50% more attack and movement speed for 10 seconds. Has a 30 second cooldown.

Tactical Data Web (E): each nearby friendly hero increases the cooldown regeneration rate of Guardian Shield, Arsenal Overcharge and Mass Recall by 20% up to 100%.

Tier 6

Bunker Buster (Z): Deploying Talandar while in Praetor Armor now reduces the armor of enemies he damages by 25% and slows them by 40% for 1.5 seconds.

Lightning before Thunder (Q): Instantly dashes to the target location. Damage and slow is applied after 1 second.

Feedback (E): Each projectile blocked grants additional shield capacitors shields by 10% up to 100%.

Tier 7

Solarite Furnace (See Heroic Abilities)

Temporal Matrix (See Heroic Abilities)

Conservator (E): Guardian Shield now lasts up to 10 seconds, can now be targeted at an area and slows enemies inside it by 25% but no longer moves with Talandar.

Purification Blast (Z): Fires a devastating blast that deals 200 (+4%/level) damage to the target unit. Each nearby friendly hero increases the damage by 150 (+4%/level).
