Talandar (WIP)

Purifier Prototype

WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS from Legacy of the Void.
One of the first lines of protoss purifiers, Talandar was connected with the memories of Fenix. When he was found on the Spear of Adun by Artanis he awakened and recognised him as his friend from the memories, but overtime he realised that he was not fenix but a construct and set a path to forge himself a new in which he eventually named himself as Talandar.

Combat Trait

Reconstruction
Active: 20 second cooldown.
Talandar rapidly restores 50% of his lost health.

Passive: 120 second cooldown. 
Upon taking fatal damage, Talandar begins to reconstruct himself over 5 seconds becoming invulnerable but is unable to act, after 5 seconds he is restored to full health and gains 50% movement speed for 2 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Purifier Swipe
Active: 5 second cooldown.

Talandar swipes in front of him dealing damage to enemies. Successive swipes within 10 seconds decrease the damage they deal by 5%. Stacks up to 3 times.

Disintegration Wall
Active: 12 second cooldown. 

Talandar spawns a wall of pure energy for 4 seconds destroying all projectiles that try to pass through it and enemies that pass through it are slowed by 20%.

Psionic Cyclone
Active: 12 second cooldown. Channeled.

Talandar whirls into a frenzy dealing damage to all nearby enemies. Can move while channeling.

Heroic Abilities

Re-Deploy
Active: 50 second cooldown. 2 second cast time.

Talandar can re-deploy himself to a target location, after a short delay deals damage to all enemies in the area and stuns them for 2 seconds.

Shield Overcharge
Active: 70 second cooldown.

Calling for aid, Talandar and his allies within 8 yards gain a massive shield for 6 seconds. Any unused shielding is restored to Talandar's health. 

Special Mount

Mech Charge
Talandar uses his mechanical legs to increase his movement speed. Talandar can use Disintegration Wall or Shield Overcharge while mounted. 

Cancelled if he takes damage or uses an ability (except Disintegration Wall or Shield Overcharge).

Re-Deploy: Re-deploys Talandar at a target location dealing damage and stunning enemies.

Shield Overcharge: Gives self and allies a massive shield. Health restored on unused shields.

Warp Matrix: Global Range. Re-Deploy stun increased to 3 seconds.

Guardian Shell: If an ally takes fatal after recently receiving Shield Overcharge, restores 25% health and is invulnerable for 3 seconds. Only works on a single hero.

Reconfiguration: Enemy heroes that die near Talandar reduce the cooldown of Reconstruction's active by 3 seconds and passive by 20 seconds.

Skins

Default Skin
Similar to the SC2: LotV cinematic model and unit model.

Master Skin
Like default skin but has new mechanical augments as well as a glowing power core in the chest area. 

Amon Hybrid Skin 
Zerg-like skin. Instead of storing memeories in a prototype purifier instead Fenix is formed into a Hybrid by Amon's Forces. 

Biological but has same traits as the default and master skins with four legs but mutates like abathur rather then reconstructs as a machine. Still has orange electricity flowing through to give it that protoss-zerg hybrid feel.

Cool concept. He'll be an all over your face hero. Hope to see your concept's completion. I think i'll make one but a more defense oriented Talandar.

Thanks and I will get on with completing this concept asap, reason I made him an in your face hero is to match how he acts in SC2 where when he is deployed he just goes in and slaughters everything without regard for his health or shields. Just a matter of getting the right balancing and flexibility with talents etc. I look forward to seeing your concept :)

Yeah he wrecks face of everything on the ground in the campaign and he's nearly unkillable too. Imagine what he can do in HotS. BTW I can't find a Talendar portrait anywhere. Is it ok if I use yours? :)
