Xiansai's Chosen

Tao-Jin was sent to Caldeum to spend his formative years under the tutelage of the best mages in the world. Well, it seems they neglected to teach him manners on his native island of Xiansai, for he was a rude and uncooperative student from the very beginning. Originally under the guidance of the Zann Esu mage clan, he was eventually handed over to the Vizjerei in the hopes that their strict and unbending discipline would break his anarchic spirit. Yet even the esteemed Vizjerei instructors were unable to rein him in. He was continually being caught seeking out dangerous and forbidden magics, heedless of the consequences to himself or anyone around him. And now it seems that his wanderlust has taken him to the Nexus.  

Combat Trait

Elemental Exposure
Passive: Damaging Minions and Heroes with Arcane, Cold, Fire or Lightning damage grants a stack of Elemental Power, granting 5% bonus damage. Each different damage type applies a stack, stacking up to 4 times. Lasts for 4 seconds.

Active: Activate to switch to a different element type, empowering and changing the effects and element of your Basic Attacks and Abilities. Cycles through Arcane, Cold, Fire, then Lightning.

Primary Abilities

Shock Pulse
Cost: 40 mana          Cooldown: 4 seconds 

Unleash a bolt of lightning, dealing (40 + 10 per level) damage.

Power Affinity (Arcane): Target hit by Shock Pulse is Slowed by 30% for 2 seconds

Explosive Bolt (Cold): Deals 50% of damage dealt to all enemies within 10 yards of the target

Fire Bolts (Fire): Fires three bolts, dealing (28+6 per level) damage per bolt.

Shock Pulse (Lightning): Sends a wave across the ground, piercing Minions and Mercenaries

Hydra
Cost: 70 mana          Cooldown: 15 seconds 

Create a Hydra at a target location that attacks enemies within range, dealing (30 + 5 per level) damage every 0.6 seconds. Lasts for 8 seconds.

Arcane Hydra (Arcane): Fires bolts that explode on impact, dealing 50% damage to nearby enemies.

Frost Hydra (Cold): Enemies hit by the Hydra are Slowed by 30% for 1 second.

Fire Hydra (Fire): Enemies hit by the Hydra take an additional (61 + 11 per level) damage over 3 seconds. 

Lightning Hydra (Lightning): Bolts chain on to nearby enemies for 40% of the damage dealt.

Slow Time
Cost: 80 mana          Cooldown: 30 seconds 

Create a field of distorted time around you, slowing enemies within the field by 20%. Lasts for 6 seconds.

Point of No Return (Arcane): Enemies that enter the area are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Exhaustion (Cold): Enemies within the area have their Attack Speed reduced by 25%

Time Warp (Fire): Enemies within the area take an additional 15% damage from all sources.

Time Stretch (Lightning): Enemies within the area have their ability cooldowns increased by 6 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Archon
Cost: 100 mana          Cooldown: 120 seconds 

Transform into a physical embodiment of elemental energy, increasing your Health, Mana and Damage by 10% for 18 seconds.

Arcane Synergy (Arcane): Heroes killed while in Archon form increases your damage by 5% per Hero killed for the duration. 

Freeze Time (Cold): While Archon is active, the mana cost of Slow Time is reduced by 40 and the Cooldown by 10 seconds.

Combustion (Fire): When transforming, you deal (250 + 15 per level) damage to all enemies around you.

Pure Power (Lightning): When cast, reduces the cooldown of Archon by 30 seconds.

Explosive Blast
Cost: 80 mana          Cooldown: 20 seconds 

Create a powerful explosion at the chosen location after 1.5 seconds, dealing (170 + 30 per level) damage to enemies within the area.

Unleashed (Arcane): Increases damage to (200 + 42 per level) damage.  

Obliterate (Cold): Enemies caught within the explosion are also stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Short Fuse (Fire): The explosion is instant, and deals an extra (80 + 17 per level) damage over 3 seconds to enemies hit.

Flash (Lightning): When cast, reduces the cooldown of Explosive Blast by 8 seconds.

HP Regen: 1.5 (+0.27 per level)

Mana: 500 (+10 per level)
Mana Regen: 3 (+0.098 per level)
