Renewed Savior of the Templar

I've had it with fake *** Sentrydar and his tickle storm. Let's rework it into someone that actually feels like a scary *** high templar.

Tassadar no longer uses mana, but instead starts with 0/200 Energy. It's my attempt to make a balanced and very powerful Psionic Storm while keeping most of the kit as it is now.

Combat Trait

Oracle
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to greatly increase Tassadar's vision radius, allow him to see over obstacles, and detect stealthed units. Lasts for 5 seconds.
Passive: Tassadar's Basic Attack is a Distortion Beam that slows enemy units by 20%. Generates 3 Energy per damage tick.
(There are 4 ticks per second. It would take a little over 4 seconds to generate 50 Energy, untalented)

Primary Abilities

Plasma Shield
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Grant a Shield that absorbs 455 (+4% per level) damage over 4 seconds. Absorbed damage is converted into Energy, at a rate of 1 per 1% shield absorbed.
(A fully used shield will give 100 Energy)

Psionic Storm
Energy: 150
Cooldown: 2 seconds
Deal 225 (+4% per level) damage per second to enemies in target area for 3 seconds.
(1.5 seconds of it is equal to untalented Kael Sunstrike)

Dimensional Shift
Energy: 50
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Tassadar becomes invulnerable and Unrevealable for 2 seconds. While shifted, he has 25% increased Movement Speed.

Heroic Abilities

Archon
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Tassadar transforms into an Archon and gains a Plasma Shield. His Basic Attacks deal 158 (+4% per level) damage, generate 20 Energy, slow the target by 30% for 1 second and splash for 79 (+4% per level) damage to enemies within 2.5 range. Lasts for 10 seconds. Archon's duration is paused while Tassadar is invulnerable and Unrevealable.
Passive: Archon refreshes the cooldown of Dimensional Shift and does not cost Energy for the duration of Archon.

Force Wall
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Create a wall that blocks all units from moving through it for 2 seconds.
Passive: Increases the slow amount of Distortion Beam to 30% and generate an additional 2 Energy per damage tick.

Level 1

  • Khaydarin Resonance: ? Quest: Regeneration Globes grant 50 Energy over its duration. ? Reward: After collecting 20 Regeneration Globes, generate 4 Energy per second.
  • Templar's Will: Distortion Beam's range is increased by an additional 1.
  • Templar's Demand: Distortion Beam's damage and Energy generation increased by 100%.

Level 4

  • Khala's Celerity: Plasma Shield also grants 20% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.
  • Khala's Embrace: Heroes gain 60% Life Steal from Basic Attacks while Shielded.
  • Khala's Light: Upon expiration or breaking, the target of Plasma Shield gains 15 Armor for 3 seconds, causing them to take 15% less damage.

Level 7

  • Psionic Projection: Increases the cast range of Plasma Shield and Psionic Storm by 40%.
  • Resonation: Distortion Beam slows enemies affected by Psionic Storm by 50%.
  • Mental Acuity: ? Quest: Each Takedown earned lowers the cooldown of Oracle by 3 seconds, to a maximum of 15 seconds.
    ? Reward: Upon getting 5 Takedowns, the sight range of Oracle is increased by 50%.

Level 13

  • Deep Shift: Dimensional Shift duration and Movement Speed bonuses are increased by 50% and no longer costs Energy.
  • Adun's Wisdom: While Oracle is active, generate 5 Energy per second.
  • Focused Beam: While Oracle is active, Basic Attacks against Heroes deal an additional 1% of the target's maximum Health as damage.

Level 16

  • Phase Disruption: Enemy Heroes being hit by Psionic Storm have their Physical Armor reduced by 35, causing them to take 35% more damage from Basic Attacks.
  • Psionic Echo: A second Psionic Storm can be cast within 2 seconds of casting the first. Enemies can only be affected by one Psionic Storm at a time.
  • Psi-Infusion: Gain 25 Energy per enemy Hero hit by Psionic Storm.

Level 20

  • Twlight Archon: Basic Attacks while in Archon form increase its duration by 2 seconds.
  • Force Barrier: Force Wall's Range is increased by 100% and its cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.
  • Prismatic Link: Basic Attacks bounce to hit 2 additional targets for 40% damage and generates 2 Energy per bounce.
  • Shield Battery: Cooldown: 8 seconds, Activate to give all nearby allied Heroes an untalented Plasma Shield.
