Terokk

The Talon King


Terokk was the greatest king of the arakkoa. Terokk was associated with the goddess Rukhmar and believed to be her incarnation, though this was not actually the case. Terokk was the arakkoa's greatest hero who was betrayed by his own allies and afflicted with the Curse of Sethe. Even in this state, however, he sought to aid his fellow refugees by building the city of Skettis with his own claws. However the curse soon began to drive him to madness, and he was sealed away by his Talonpriests in the hopes of rejuvenating him. He now waits in the shadows to be called back into the physical world and face the enemies of his people.

Combat Trait

Curse of Sethe
Every time Terokk receives damage the Curse of Sethe burst in his blood. When the gauge reachs 100% (Terokk maximum HP*3) Terokk will fall to the curse and start losing 2% of his maximum HP per second.

Also, his abilities will become Shadow and will cause an extra 100% of damage overtime after the initial damage over 3 seconds.
While an enemy is receiving the DoT, Terokk does not loses HP.

Terokk's HP can't drop below zero by the effect of the curse. The curse will be cleansed after 40 seconds.

While the curse is not set upon him, his abilties are Light element and thus casting any ability cleanses the gauge by a few points.

Primary Abilities

Rukhmar's Dive
Terokk flies high in the sky and falls on target enemy after 1.5 seconds causing heavy damage on the target (300) and mid damage on nearby enemies (200)

CD 12s

Talon Sweep
Rukhmar instantly deals 90 damage in an 180º arc in front of him. Has 5 charges. 0.75s between uses.

CD 6s per charge.

Zephyr
Terokk summons a gust of wind that increases size in a cone traveling for 2 seconds. The winds will cause low damage (50) and also slow any target it hits by 20%. At the end of path, the winds will turn into a zephyr, walking around in circles, affecting a small area for double the damage (100) and half the slow (10%) of the gust. Zephyr lasts for 4s. Both the gust and the zephyr can deal damage every 0.75 seconds.

Cleansing any % of Curse of Sethe heals Terokk for the same %

Raven Lord
Terokk summons a flock of 5 ravens to roam an area, revealing it. Every 2 seconds a raven dives into an enemy inside the area causing 90 damage. Terrok can recast it to target the hero the raven will dive into.
Lasts 20 seconds.

CD 60s

Level 20 Storm Talent
Increases the radios by 30%, the number of ravens to 7 and duration to 30s.

Chakran
Storm Talent

Terokks trows a Chakran that will bounce to every nearby enemy, priorizing heroes for 240 damage. It can't bounce twice on the same hero.

Special Mount

Fly
Terokk has a unique mount (he flies) and can go over some terrains similar to walls. Can't be used while Curse of Sethe is active.

lEVEL 1
CURSE OF SETHE - Reduces the amount of damage required to activate the curse to x2 Terokk's maximum HP
CURSE OF SETHE - Increases the amount of damage required to activate the curse to x4 Terokk's maximum HP
CURSE OF SETHE - While the curse is active, Terokk loses 0.25% less health per second.


lEVEL 3
AUTO ATTACK - Every 4 seconds the next attack connects (range +2)
RUKHMAR'S DIVE - Increases range by 20%
TALON SWEEP - Hitting 2 or more enemies refreshes the charge


lEVEL 7
RUKHMAR'S DIVE - (1) Can be cast on allied heroes, minions and structures. It causes no damage on primary target, obviously.
TALON SWEEP - Deals 50% extra damage on slowed, rooted or stunned heroes
ZEPHYR - increases range of the gust by 20% and duration of the gust by 1s
ZEPHYR - increases area of effect of Zephyr by 20% and duration of it by 1s

lEVEL 13
AUTO ATTACK - Attacks against slowed, rooted or stunned heroes increases AA damage by 30% for 4 seconds.
RUKHMAR'S DIVE - Hitting 2 or more enemies reducs the CD by 6s and 1 extra second per aditional enemy hit.
TALON SWEEP - Every time Terokk loses 10% of his current health he casts Talon Sweep automatically. Does not cost any charges.


lEVEL 16
AUTO ATTACK - Cleaves for 100% damage
RUKHMAR'S DIVE - After hitting an enemy it can be recast within 2 seconds to be cast again, carring with Terokk the initial target if still close enough.
ZEPHYR - Has 2 charges
