Looks like I forgot to hit the Publish after editing. Im not using pure numbers anymore on Damage as that is not for me to decide but people with actual experience. Same for the Class really. I just went in here and brainstormed a couple of fun ideas.

This is overpowered as ****.

Q does 25% max hp over 5 seconds. And slows.
W Does X damage, but since it's assassin I will go with moderate amount, increased by 30% if they are under the effect of Q. Which if it dealt 100 damage, or slightly less than raynors shotgun at level one, it will deal 130 damage. Combined with Q, this alone is enough to instantly kill squishy heroes.
E, again, moderate damage I will assume since you did not include damage numbers. You can obliterate a tank in mere seconds. Squishies won't stand a chance.
R1 deals 12.5% max hp each. x5. In a one on one, your squashings and conflagerate will deal 80% of the targets hp. Alone. without auto attacks or other abilities. 80%. Not flat damage. This means you could be level 1 against a level 30 and you will still nearly instantly kill them.
R2: Invunerability, mobility, and damage.

INSANELY overpowered.

Even IF by chance you don't instantly kill the entire enemy team, by yourself, with a 29 level disadvantage, and you get killed, suddenly you can heal yourself for 50% max hp by catching your head, and kill the enemy team all over again.
