The Overmind

The Great Hungerer

The Overmind was created by Amon and his followers on Zerus to bring order to the zerg and guide them into merging with the protoss. At first it was only a semi-sentient entity created from the instincts and collective sentience of the zerg,ut it quickly developed intellect and personality. The Overmind was created with intelligence and the ability to reason, but its free will was undermined by an overriding directive to destroy the protoss.

Combat Trait

Spawn Larva
The Overmind spawns a larva every 10 seconds but you can only have up to 6 larva at the time, larva are used for your other abilities. All of your minions are controlled by you.

Primary Abilities

Drone
Turn 1 larva into a drone this takes 2 seconds, the drones are used to create structures you can create a structure with a drone but the drone dies when you create the structure. (Cooldown: 10 seconds)

Zergling
Turns 1 larva into 3 zerglings this take 2 seconds, the zerglings are your main damage source, you control all of the zerlings and command them to go to different areas and attack things. (Cooldown: 15 seconds)

Roach
Turns 1 larva into 1 roach, this takes 2 seconds, roaches are commanded just like zerglings you use these to attack things just that roaches are stronger then zerglings but roaches are ranged and you can only spawn one at the time. (Cooldown: 15 Seconds)

Secondary Abilities

Mutate: Spine Crawler
This ability takes 3 seconds to use, it turns a Drone into a spine crawler, spine crawlers attack all ground units near it but cannot move.
(Cooldown: 20 seconds)

Mutate: Spore Crawler
This ability takes 3 seconds to use, it turns a drone into a spore crawler, spore crawlers attack all air units near it but cannot move.
(Cooldown: 20 seconds)

Mutate: Spawning Pool
Creates a spawning pool, you can only create Zerglings and Roaches if you have a spawning pool, this ability takes 3 seconds to use and costs a drone.

Heroic Abilities

Overseer
This ability takes 3 seconds to use and creates an overseer that cannot be hit with meele attacks but can be hit with projectile attacks, the overseer can be used to scout enemy by floating above Towers, gates, etc. (Cooldown: 60 seconds)

Mutate: Hatchery
This ability takes 5 seconds to use, it costs a drone to use but creates a hatchery, the hatchery will randomly create zerglings and roaches.
(Cooldown: 120 seconds)

Special Mount

Instead of the core, the team that has The Overmind has it's core replaced with The Overmind, The Overmind has the same amount of Health as the core and also has the shield but cannot move.

Talents:

Level 1:
Quick Expansion: Reduces the time it takes to create Larva to 8 seconds.
Quick Evolotion: Reduces the time it takes to create ALL basic units by 1 second.
Quick Mutation: Reduces the time it takes to create All basic structures by 1 second.
Level 4:
Empowered Swarm: Incresses of the Damage of ALL of your Zerg units by 5%
Empowered Defences: Incresses the HP And Damage of ALL of your Zerg Structures by 5%
Empowered Overmind: Incresses the Overmind's HP by 5%
Level 7:
Evolved Spine Crawler:Incresses the Health and Damage of your Spine Crawler by 3%
Evolved Spore Crawler:Incresses the Health and Damage of your Spore Crawler by 3%
Evolved Spawning Pool:Incresses the Health of your Spawning Pool by 6%
Level 10:
OVERSEER: This ability takes 3 seconds to use and creates an overseer that cannot be hit with meele attacks but can be hit with projectile attacks, the overseer can be used to scout enemy by floating above Towers, gates, etc. (Cooldown: 60 seconds)
MUTATE: HATCHERY: This ability takes 5 seconds to use, it costs a drone to use but creates a hatchery, the hatchery will randomly create zerglings and roaches.

Level 13:
Creep Zone: Puts down a zone that heals all Zerg Units within it. (Cooldown: 20 Seconds)
Reconstruction: Repairs Zerg structures. (Cooldown: 20 Seconds)
Heroes of the Swarm: Target a friendly hero and Heal it for 20% of their HP over 10 seconds. (Cooldown: 20 seconds)
Level 16:
Ultimate Spine Crawler: Incresses the damage of your Spine Crawlers by 10%.
Ultimate Spore Crawler: Incresses the damage of your Spore Crawlers by 10%.
Ultimate Zergling: Incresses the damage of your Zerglings by 5%.
Ultiamte Roaches: Incresses the damage of your Roaches by 5%.
Level 20:
All Seeing Eyes: Incresses the Movement Speed and Vision Radius of your Overseer by 20%.
Lair: Transforms the Hatchery into A Lair that spawns more Zerglings and Roaches then the regular Hatchery.
Essence Collection: You get Essence when your ally heroes Die, This essence can be used to Heal Units.

Additional Notes:

You control your Zerg units like in an RTS.
