Toki the Time Tinker is a gnomish tinkerer with close relations to Chromie. Although not born with primordial powers of time control, she has found her way around her mortal limitations. Though Toki might've caused some paradoxes on the way.

Toki is a ranged assassin who can effectively soak and combo enemies, bending their time and her own to grant an advantage.

She is designed to be able to double soak, but not be strong enough to effectively clear waves or bully her opponents when split up, as to now make her double soaking capabilities overpowered.

Time Anomaly

Toki walks side by side with her future self, don't ask. Toki and Future Toki can be individually controlled as two heroes, and can be seperated. All of Toki's abilities are cast from both her and Future Toki, but after 2 seconds. Future Toki being from the future, casts first, then after 2 seconds, Toki follows. In addition, Toki's abilities are empowered against enemies that have already been hit by the same ability once.

Toki and Future Toki can gather XP from nearby deaths and grant 100% of a hero's XP on death. If Toki dies, Future Toki also dies.

Primary Abilities

Time Prism

60 Mana | 14 Second cooldown

Toki throws out a Time Prism, dealing 124 damage in an area. If an enemy is hit by both Toki and Future Toki, the second hit deals 100% more damage and stuns for 0.75 seconds.

Divert Time Flow

30 Mana | 10 Second cooldown

Toki takes out a weaponized time distortion device and shoots, dealing 151 (4%) damage in a line. Heroes hit are slowed by 15% for 2 seconds and grant Toki and Future Toki 15% movement speed per hero hit for 2 seconds.

If an enemy is hit by both Toki and Future Toki, the slow amount is increased to 45%.

Fluxometer

70 Mana | 15 Second cooldown

While unmounted, Toki and Future Toki gain cooldown reduction equal to either Toki's bonus movement speed, depending on the highest value.

Activate to put the Fluxometer into overdrive, reducing the delay between Future Toki and Toki's ability casts to 0.5 seconds for 2 seconds.

Shifts controls to Future Toki.

Control all Tokis

Shifts controls to both Toki and Future Toki.
