Semi Automatic Rifle: Double basic attack speed (.7 to 1.4) 
Mental Block: No longer able to gain over 10 mana at a time.
Psi Blade Rank 2. Increase Psi blade damage increase by 20%
Block: 

Gathering Power 5% ability power. +2% per kill. Max +10%. 
Psi Blade Rank 3: Increase Psi Blade damage by 25%
Work with Raynor: When you summon a spectre a banshee will go down mid lane as a creep. (works like raynor's)

Power Spree: When you use your ultimate your next basic attack destroys a minion or merc( not boss) 
Mental Issues: When using Mind Blast on a hero it forces a hero to run towards the closest hero for 2s.
Commander: Now able to have 3 charges of Spectre Recruit.
Terrazine Overlord: Every other Spectre Recruit Has a bonus 10% attack power and attack speed.

Terrazine Bomb: All minions become Spectre Recruits for 1 basic attack that deals 5% attack damage.
lv20 Mass Mine. Terrazine Bomb has half the cooldown and spectres deal 10% damage now.

Consumption: Destroy a minion and restore ALL heroes mana.
lv20 A fair deal: Consumption now only restore friendly hero's mana.

Chain Blast: Mind blast Stuns all enemy minions in a lane.
Shadow Ops: Choose a lane. Instead of mages it spawns a spectre vetran that has 50% increase of a mages attack damage and 20% increase health. It drops a terrazine orb that slows a enemy heroes move speed by 10% for 5s instead of regen globes.
Ice Block:

Bone Breaker Bullets: Gain 1 charge of Bone Breaker Bullets every 30s that slows a hero by 95% for 1s. Max 2 charges
Shadow Presence: When a enemy hero enters a bush they are revealed for 1s and when they leave they are slowed by 30% for 3s. 
Terrazine Pack: Can use a basic attack on a friendly hero once every 10s that deals 1% damage and increases there move speed by 500% for .5s.
Blood for Blood:

Mass Mine. Terrazine Bomb has half the cooldown and spectres deal 10% damage now.
A fair deal: Consumption now only restore friendly hero's mana.
Psi Blade Max: Draw Knife does 100% bonus damage with a double cooldown. 50% bonus damage over 10s.
Call Nuke: Call a nuke for 20s that does 300(+10 per level) damage to heroes and 600(+20 damage per level to structures) after the 20s.
Shadow Academy: Friendly archers now spawn as spectre veteran. They deal 50% increase damage and have stealth.
