Tracer (In progress) by A pretty cool guy

Attacks very quickly but does much less damage, for effectively a massive burst of damage.

Instantly reuses all of you auto attacks from three seconds ago and instantly reapplies them upon the selected target.

Teleport back to where you were five seconds ago, with half of your health that you may have lost returned.

A very quick dash forward. Although insanely fast, you can still be stunned or slowed in the progress

A bomb is thrown out, causing a damaging area of affect explosion, draining mana from heroes and ammo from structure. 

Charge forward with a time bubble around you, becoming unstoppable and pushing enemies back whilst doing damage as well. You can phase through walls and structure with this ultimate, doing consistent damage to heroes and structures.
