Tyrael (reworked)

Level 1 Talents

Purge Evil (E) - Smite deals 125% more damage to Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters.

Regenerative Light (W) - Righteousness causes Tyrael and shielded allies to regenerate 21 (+4% per level)

Level 4 Talents

Unhindered Justice [D] - While in angelic form, basic abilities cost no mana.

Heaven's Reach [PASSIVE] - Increase the range of all of your basic abilities by 30%.

Blade of Justice [Q] - After teleporting using El'druin's Might, your next basic attack deals 75% extra damage.

Level 7 Talents

Reciprocate [W] - When Righteousness' shield is broken or expires, deal 207 (+4% per level)

Level 13 talents

El'Druin's Thirst [PASSIVE] - Every 3rd basic attack against the same Hero will restore health equal to 6% of their maximum health for Tyrael. Every 3rd basic attack against the same Minion, Mercenary, or Monster will restore 2% of Tyrael's maximum health.

Angelic Might [E] - Smite now causes Tyrael's next basic attack to deal extra damage based on how much health he has lost up to a maximum of 200% extra damage.

Horadric Reforging [Q] - Each enemy Hero hit by El'Druin's Might reduces its cooldown by 4 seconds.

Level 16 Talents

Angel's Grace [Q] - After teleporting using El'Druin's Might, El'Druin's Might may be cast once for free within the next 3 seconds.

Swift Justice [E] - Smite now also increases the attack speed of Tyrael by 30% and affected allies by 15%.

Imposing Will [W] - Enemies who attack you while shielded will be blinded and slowed by 70% for 1.25 seconds.

Level 20 (Storm) Talents

Angel of Justice [R] - Increases Judgment's damage by 60%

I like this rework concept. Trait feels more fitting, Holy Ground now has competition, and his talents do some cooler things. I disagree with Angelic Absorbtion's placement(It's got competition that's just so much better.), but besides that I like it.

Thank you! The reason I placed Angelic Absorption on such a competitive tier is it's extremely impactful. Your sustain is increased by 50% with this talent. I'm not quite sure where else I could put it to have it still compete with a build since a lot of the talents synergize with another. It's also intended to give Holy Ground some competition.

Fair enough, although it's only 20% better than the generic version. Most people who have better/changed versions of generic talents usually have them on the original tier. Maybe put it on tier 4 and bump it down to 45%? It would provide extra competition there, and their would still be reasons to take the other three easily.
