Tyrande

High Priestess of Elune

A rework of Tyrande. Level 4 talents are very powerful (kinda like Varian), giving Tyrande the ability to focus on healing, classic damage-healing and full damage with no additional healing.

She still keeps her gank potential through the team-wide stealth ability.

I've worked hard to make sure there are no "obvious" talent paths. Here are some obvious builds I went through:

Maximize damage: DPS-type Ranged Assassin role (with a side of Healer)
Level 1: Incendiary Arrows (+200% on 3rd Searing Arrows attack)
Level 4: Huntress' Fury (permanent Searing Arrows)
Level 7: Elune's Chosen (burst healing, especially with Hunter's Mark)
Level 10: Hunter's Mark (reduce armor for more damage)
Level 13: Quickening Blessing (get to targets easier)
Level 16: Darnassian Archery (more DPS)
Level 20: Iceblade Arrows (more DPS)

Maximize healing: Healer role (with a side of Caster-type Ranged Assassin)
Level 1: Sentinel (control for ganks)
Level 4: Elune's Blessing (primary healing buffs)
Level 7: Kaldorei Resistance (spell armor)
Level 10: Starfall (creates a safe space)
Level 13: Elune's Sanctuary (armor)
Level 16: Celestial Attunement (remove CC)
Level 20: Celestial Wrath (more safe space)

Maximize neither (Support role)
Level 1: Lunar Blaze (more effective stuns)
Level 4: Moonlit Arrows (heal through damage)
Level 7: Eclipse (heal through stuns)
Level 10: Hunter's Mark (reduces armor)
Level 13: Celestial Swiftness (movement speed for all)
Level 16: Shooting Star (more stuns)
Level 20: Mark of the Night Warrior (more effective armor reductions)

You'll find quickly that other combinations also appear very effective. Please take a look!

Combat Trait

Searing Arrows
Your next 3 Basic Attacks deal 100% more damage. Lasts for 6 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Light of Elune
Heal target allied Hero for 255 Health. Light of Elune's cooldown is reduced by 1.5 seconds every time Tyrande hits an enemy with a Basic Attack or damages an enemy Hero.
Stores up to 2 charges. Cooldown replenishes all charges at the same time.

Shadowstalk
Grant nearby allied Heroes and herself Stealth for 6 seconds. For the first second, they are Unrevealable. Remaining stationary for at least 1.5 seconds while Stealthed grants Invisible, which may outlast the Stealth.

Lunar Flare
After 0.75 seconds, deal 150 damage and Stun enemies in the target area for 0.75 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Starfall
Deal 92 damage per second and Slow enemies by 20% in an area. Lasts 6 seconds.

Hunter's Mark
Reveal a target enemy and lower their Armor by 20 for 4 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 20%. Basic Attacks against marked targets reduce the cooldown of Lunar Flare by 1.5 seconds. Cannot be used on Structures.

Level 1

Lunar Blaze


Increase Lunar Flare's range by 30%.
? Quest: Hitting Heroes with Lunar Flare increases its damage by 5%, up to 100%.

Incendiary Arrows


Every third Searing Arrows empowered Basic Attack deals 200% bonus damage instead.

Trueshot Aura


Cooldown: 45 seconds
Activate to reset the cooldown of Searing Arrows and grant 25% increased Basic Attack damage to nearby allied Heroes for 5 seconds.

Sentinel


Cooldown: 15 seconds
Send an Owl across the battleground revealing its path, dealing X damage to the first Hero hit and revealing them for 5 seconds.

Level 4

Elune's Blessing


Light of Elune healing increased by 30% and stores up to 3 charges. Shadowstalk also heals affected allies for X health over 6 seconds.

Moonlit Arrows


Tyrande's Basic Attack range is increased by 1 and heals her for 2.5% of her maximum Health. Basic Attacks empowered with Searing Arrows reduces the cooldown of Light of Elune by an additional 1.5 seconds.

Huntress' Fury


Searing Arrows can now be toggled instead, costing X mana per Basic Attack, but deals 50% more damage instead. While Stealthed or Invisible, regenerate X mana.

Level 7

Kaldorei Resistance


Light of Elune grants the target 15 Spell Armor for 2 seconds. This effect does not stack.

Eclipse


If a Hero is hit by Lunar Flare, reduce the cooldown of Light of Elune by 8 seconds.

Elune's Chosen


Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to make Tyrande's Basic Attacks heal the target ally for 175% of the damage dealt. Lasts for 8 seconds.

Level 10

Starfall


Cooldown: 80 seconds
Deal 92 damage per second and Slow enemies by 20% in an area. Lasts 6 seconds.

Hunter's Mark


Cooldown: 20 seconds
Reveal a target enemy and lower their Armor by 20 for 4 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 20%. Basic Attacks against marked targets reduce the cooldown of Lunar Flare by 1.5 seconds. Cannot be used on Structures.

Level 13

Quickening Blessing


Gain 5% Movement Speed. Light of Elune increases the target's Movement Speed by 20% for 3 seconds.

Celestial Swiftness


Shadowstalk grants 15% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

Elune's Sanctuary


Shadowstalk grants 15 Armor for 2 seconds.

Level 16

Darnassian Archery


Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes grant a stacking 10% increased Attack Damage bonus for 4 seconds.

Shooting Star


Every 8th Basic Attack against Heroes casts a free Lunar Flare at a random enemy near Tyrande's position. This prefers Heroic target.

Elune's Wrath


Heroes hit by Lunar Flare take bonus damage equal to 7% of their maximum Health.

Celestial Attunement


Light of Elune removes Stuns, Silences, and Slows from its target.

Level 20

Iceblade Arrows


Increase Attack Speed by 20%. Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes reduce their damage dealt by 8% for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times.

Celestial Wrath


Increase the Slow of Starfall to 40% and reduces Armor by 5 per second while inside its area of effect.

Mark of the Night Warrior


Increase the cast range and duration of Hunter's Mark by 25%. Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Hunter's Mark by 1 second. Tyrande's Basic Attacks against targets with Hunter's Mark splash to nearby enemy Heroes.

Oh, another one who wants tyrande to be useless DD-Healer again.
She is good RN, just needs some skill and teamplay.

This is a creative website where people can share their ideas and concepts. What you're saying does seems inappropriate with what this is all supposed to be about. This is their idea of how they would want Tyrande to play out because they have a vision of what it would be like. Please don't be rude and next time before you write "feedback" to another person here, either make it positive about something you like or say NICELY how they could improve it.

Right now you're not really contributing with much more than just negative energy and that's not what I think hero concepts / rework concepts is about. :)

Maybe thats because there is nothing i like?:)

And yes, its better to write stats of hero, cooldowns and manacosts of abilities when you are trying to rework anything;)
