Renegade Nerazim

Ulrezaj takes the name of the dominant personality within this dark archon, created from seven renegade dark templar.  Belonging to a faction of the Nerazim, who could not forgive the Khalai for their transgressions against the dark templar.

Primary Abilities

Void Shift (Q)
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 12 second

Dashes a short distance and deals 50 (+12 per level) damage. Ulrezaj is unstoppable during Void Shift.

Maelstrom (W)
Mana: 90
Cooldown: 15 seconds

All units in an area are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Dark Feast (E)
Mana: 15 per second
Cooldown: 1 second

Deals 56 (+ 8 per level) damage per second to nearby enemies, and heals for 25% damage dealt.

Drains all the mana from an enemy hero over 3 seconds while maintaining range and deals damage equal to the amount of mana drained.

Cooldown: 60 seconds

Temporarily gains control over an enemy hero for 5 seconds. The hero is unable to use any abilities during this time, but will attack former allies. The target can be controlled by using the skill key to assign a new target.

Talents

Level 1
1. Inertia (Q): Cooldown lowered by 3 seconds.
2. Psionic Drain (W): Returns 10 Mana for each unit stunned.
3. Energy Being: Upon taking damage, receives a shield that absorbs 50 (+15 per level) damage every 15 seconds.  Shield lasts 5 seconds.
4. Eternal Night (Trait): Duration is twice as long for non-Heroic enemies.
Level 4
1. Spatial Distortion (Q): Increases width by 100% and range by 25%.
2. Storm Front (W): Radius is increased by 30%.
3. Unending Feast (E): Dark Feast cost reduced by 3 per second.
4. Shared Terror (Trait): Activate to cause all nearby enemies to be affected by Nightmare Syndrome.
Level 7
1. Traumatic Concussion (Q): Enemies hit are stunned for .5 seconds.
2. Hungering (E): Increases movement speed by 5% per second, stacking up to 25%.
3. Touch of Darkness: Basic Attacks destroys 8 Mana from an enemy per hit.
4. Tormented Vision (Trait): Inflicts Blind for the duration of Nightmare Syndrome.
Level 10
1. Feedback (R): Drains all the mana from an enemy hero and deals damage equal to the amount of mana drained.
2. Mind Control (R): Temporarily gains control over an enemy hero for 5 seconds. The hero is unable to use any abilities during this time, but will attack former allies. The target can be controlled by using the skill key to assign a new target.
Level 13
1. Hatred for the Khalai: Deal 12 (+3 per level) damage per second to nearby enemies.
2. Spatial Inversion (Q): Reactivate to return to the location prior to casting.
3. Dark Jubilee (E):  Healing amount increased to 35%.
4. Self-Sustain (Trait): Activate to significantly increase self-regeneration for 5 seconds. Regeneration Aura will be disabled for the duration of this ability. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Level 16
1. Psionic Shockwave: Basic Attacks do 50% splash damage.
2. Gathering Momentum (Q): Increases damage by 8% per enemy hit, up to 64%.
3. Mind Strangle (W): Maelstrom stunned enemies that are affected by Nightmare Syndrome will become vulnerable.
4. Imposing Presence: Enemies that attack you will have their Attack Speed slowed by 50%.
Level 20
1. Feedback Loop (R): Enemy Heroes near the target will also be drained of their Mana up to 30% of their maximum Mana.
2. Mind Shatter (R): The Mind Controlled target will be incapacitated for 2 seconds after the effect of Mind Control.
3. Hardened Shield: Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 seconds.
4. One With the Void (Z): Cooldown significantly lowered to 15 seconds and casting time removed.

Only 1 thing I need to comment on:
Feedback seems a bit OP to me, especially with 2 charges.
Can instantly disable 2 enemy heroes.
Good job though.


Yep you are absolutely right, I was meaning to change that. Two charges does feel too strong.
