Ok sooo. I heard your suggestions and here is my healer character. I will not describe the visual effects of it's abilities since it can be a terran medic, or a zerg, or a cleric, or something else (in the case of zerg there will be a need to differentiate it's W from nydus worm and it's E from symbiote (by name and possibly by look).

When I put the name and add (X caster name) I mean that that's how the ability would have been called for that kind of character, since like I said, I don't know what this character will be

Combat Trait

Primary Abilities

Sacred Wall (cleric caster name)
Lift a small spiked wall from the ground, dealing small damage to enemies. The wall persists 3 seconds and slow enemies passing through by 40%

Teleportation Beacon
Place a beacon nearby, and inside the friendly Hall of Storms. Can be right clicked to teleport to the Hall of Storms, and the one in the Hall of Storm can be right click to teleport to the other beacon. Cooldown 12, duration two seconds. 

note no. 1: I know the duration is pretty small and it has the same problem as tyrael's sanctification of being too short for your team to notice, but if it has longer duration then the cooldown should be longer and it will be kinda OP if it has longer cooldown, can maybe be an heroic with longer duration and cooldown, but can sometimes be wasted so I dunno.

note no. 2: this can actually be useful, hear me out: Obviously this can function as heal over time plus invulnerability plus stun during a teamfight, you can use this as a no channel hearthstone to escape quickly, and you can cast it just as a team member respawns so they can jump right into the fight.

Automatic first aid pack (terran caster name)
can also be a kind of a symbiotic zerg for a zerg character.

throw/cast a X towards a location, and the X stays there for 3 seconds and heals + recovers mana and cooldowns (slightly) nearby allies over the duration.

Heroic Abilities

Throw leech
throw some leechy thing associated with the character (zerg thingy for zerg, holy thing for cleric or some other stuff for terran) on an enemy, dealing medium damage over time and healing the damage to nearest ally in a big (almost 0.8 of a not small but not big screen) radius (if nearest ally is changed during the duration, then it heals the new nearest ally. also for clarification: nearest ally of the caster closest to enemy cast on). medium cooldown lasts 8 seconds
