Healer

Hi,

So I'm back, this time no hero in particular, it's more the idea.

The idea behind this hero (lets call him TH (the healer)) is to add an other healer, but with a different concept than usual healer.

You might have heard of "Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed", so here the idea behind this hero : to heal you will have to "transfer" health, between two area !

You have two zone to place, an input zone and an output zone. To heal some he have to be in the output zone and an enemy must be in the input zone. Zone last forever.

ATK SPEED 1.11 PER SECOND
DAMAGE 33 (+6)

Combat Trait

TH does not use mana, instead of that he have an other bar.

Each time a heal to a nearby ally is wasted, is special bar is filled with the same amount than HP wasted. He can then use is trait to heal an ally with stored wasted HP.

By wasted heal, I mean for exemple if you heal someone for 500 hp and he have 900hp on a max of 1000hp, then 400hp of heal is wasted. This also include HP regeneration (so if an nearby ally have max life, then all hp he should regenerate fill the special bar). Heal from spawn is NOT included and upon death the special bar is reseted.

The special bar have the same max amount than TH max hp. His trait can heal up to 10% of max special bar per second and the heal can be stoped at any time. TH can still move, auto attack and use ability while healing with his trait.

Primary Abilities

Output
Cooldown : 4s

Place an output zone on the floor.

Zone last forever but you can only have one of each type at the same time. Using again the ability will move the old zone. Zone are removed upon death.

No effect on building.

Input
Cooldown : 4s

Place an input zone on the floor.

If there is ally on the output zone, then all enemy in the zone take 100 (+20) damage per second and all ally in the output zone get healed (heal is splitted equaly and minions are healed only if there is no ally hero in the output zone) by the total of damage done.

Hero take 100% more damage.

No effect on building.

Move
Cooldown : 14s

Move quickly to an ally hero. The range of this spell is increased by 2% for each 1% health missing to the target.

For 5s, every damage dealt to the target hero is given as a shield to you.


For exemple if the target have only 50% of his max health then the range is doubled. That way, you can move quickly to ally in danger even if they are far.

The shield last until depleted.

Heroic Abilities

Life steal
Cooldown : 80s

Nearby hero are healed by 50% of damage they deal, including with ability. Canalised, last for 6s.

Heal loan
Cooldown : 60s

Grant nearby hero a shield equal to their max life but get damage equal to their max life over 20s.

The idea behind this spell is to give a temporary heal to nearby hero, but heal given is taken back over time. This allow to get damage and be healed later to nullify damage.

Talents

Tier 1 :
Passif : Increase max hp by 10 for each globe taken.
Trait : Max special bar is now equal to 150% of our max HP.
Input : Input can now damage ally minion. This can be toggled with an active.
Input : Double damage dealt but output can now heal enemy.


Tier 2 :
Input : You can now have 2 input (overlapping area does not stack) at the same time. If you have more than 2 input, the oldest is removed.
Input : Increase input area radius by 50%.
Input : Reduce input cooldown to 2s.
Move : Increase shield effect duration by 4s.

Tier 3 :

Output : You can now have 2 output (overlapping area does not stack) at the same time. If you have more than 2 output, the oldest is removed.
Output : Increase output area radius by 50%.
Output : Reduce output cooldown to 2s.
Move : Increase shield effect duration by 4s.

Tier 4 :
See above

Tier 5 :
Input : Reduce move speed speed by 30% of enemy unit in input area.
Output : Increase move speed by 30% of ally unit in input area.
Move : Move can be used again immediatly during 5s after first use.
Trait : Special bar is filled by twice the amount of heal wasted.

Tier 6 :
Active : You can now swap input and output. Work even if input and output max number are not equal, but using input or output ability will remove ALL area that you shouldn't have - Cooldown : 10s
Passif : Input and Output can now be used globaly.
Passif : Input and output radius is increase by 50% over 10s.
Move : During the same duration as shield effect, the move target is healed over 30s by 100% of damage he receive.

Tier 7 :
Life Steal : The effect is now applied to all ally hero.
Heal Loan : Increase the dot time by 10s and during the first 10s no damage is dealt (resulting in a 33% free heal).
Storm Shield : Activate to give all nearby allied Heroes a Shield for 20% of their max Health for 3 seconds.
Bolt of the Storm : Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
