Uther

rework

Since Anduin is here, he is often considered as a 2.0 uther.
So, i suggest this uther rework, making him more special by increasing some of his aspects :

-BURST HEAL AND ARMOR DEALER-
Devotion's armor bonus have been removed
Holy light has now 2 charges (but the second one is harder to store). its heals are a litle decreased.
holy light now grants armor, level one quest increase those armor bonus
lvl1 wave of light have been modified, now grants armor
lvl16 burst heal : new talent improving holy radiance, benediction reworked : now grants an holy light charge and 100 mana.
reworked lvl20 divine protection : now increase all heals by 20%

-FRONT LANER-
basic attack now always restore mana, many other mana reductions have been removed
holy light effect is very increased on self cast
new lvl4 talent : heavy hammer, incresing hammer of justice damages.
lvl13 tankyness : blessed champion removed, beacon of light moved from lvl 16. Lvl 13 talents also improve eternal vanguard.

-CONTROL-
Divine storm now affect next hammer of justice
lvl4 pursuit of justice is removed and integrated in a modified lvl1 quest
lvl 20 Divine Hurricane now grants aoe to hammer of justice, hit enemies with hammer of justice now reduce divine storm cooldown

Combat Trait

Eternal Vanguard
Upon dying, Uther becomes an Invulnerable spirit for up to 8 seconds. While in spirit form, Uther can heal allies with Flash of Light.

Basic Attacks restore 1.5% of Uther's maximum Mana.

Primary Abilities

Holy Light
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 12 seconds per charge, 2 charges
Heal target allied Hero for 320 (+4% per level) and grants him 20 armor for 2 seconds, also heal Uther for 150 (+4% per level) and grants him 20 armor for 2 seconds.
(armor bonuses are stackable).
Holy light cooldown runs 50% slower when first charge is already stored

Holy Radiance
Mana: 70
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Heal all allies in a line for 177 (+4% per level) Health, dealing 177 (+4% per level) damage to enemies.

Hammer of Justice
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Deal 109 (+4% per level) damage and Stun the target for 1 seconds.

Cooldown: 1.5 seconds
Heal an ally for 280 (+4% per level) Health.

Heroic Abilities

Divine Shield
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Make an allied Hero Invulnerable and increase their Movement Speed by 20% for 3 seconds.

Divine Storm
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 80 seconds
activate to make your next hammer of justice to deal 50% more damages (+4% per level) and Stun nearby enemies for 1.75 seconds, and refresh hammer of justice Cooldown.

level 1 - quest

Silver Touch
Quest: Reduce damage from Heroic sources with Devotion.
Reward: After reducing damage 40 times, Holy Light's armor bonus is increased from 20 to 25
Reward: After reducing damage 80 times, Holy Light's armor bonus duration is increased by 0.5 seconds

Wave of Light
Quest: Damage or heal Heroes 60 times with Holy Radiance.
Reward: Holy radiance grants +5 armor to allies and -5 armor to enemies for 2 seconds
Passive: Damaging or healing Heroes with Holy Radiance reduces its cooldown by 1 second.

Pursuit of the Lightbringer
Hammer of Justice increases Uther's Movement Speed by 25% for 3 seconds.
Quest: Hit enemy heroes with hammer of justice 25 times
Reward: increase hammer of justice range by 50% and its stun duration by 0.25 seconds

level 4 - damages

Holy Shock
Holy Light can be used on an enemy to do 50% of its healing amount as damage. When used this way, Uther receives its self-healing benefits, its cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds

Heavy hammer
hammer of justice deals an additional amout of damages equal to 2% of target's maximum hp.


Holy Fire
Deal 13 (+4% per level) damage per second to nearby enemies. Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes increase this damage by 20% for 3 seconds. This can stack up to 3 times.

level 7 - Purif

Armor of Faith
Being Stunned, Rooted, or Silenced grants Uther 90 Mana and causes Holy Light's cooldown to recharge 200% faster for 6 seconds. This effect has a 20 second cooldown.

Guardian of Ancient Kings
Healing a Hero that is Stunned, Rooted, or Silenced grants him 50 armor for 2 seconds.

Hand of Protection
Activate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second. Cannot be cast on Uther. Basic Attacks reduce Hand of Protection's cooldown by 5 seconds.

level 13 - tankyness

Beacon of Light (moved from 16)
While below 50% Health, Uther receives 200% more self-healing when healing others with Holy Light.
Increase eternal vanguard duration by 2.5 seconds and move speed by 10% while active

Well Met
When used against Heroes, Hammer of Justice reduces the target's Movement Speed and damage dealt by 25% for 3 seconds.
Eternal vanguard allow to use untalented hammer of justice

Spell Shield
Every 30 seconds, gain 50 Spell Armor against the next enemy Ability and subsequent Abilities for 3 seconds, reducing the damage taken by 50%.
Can be toggled to allow or prevent this talent from triggering automatically.
Flash of light also grants 20 armor for 2 seconds. Its range is increased by 30%

level 16 - burst heal

Randiance of fire
45 seconds cooldown
active to enhance your next holy radiance, increasing its width and range by 100%, and its heals by 50%

healing globes reduce cooldown by 5 seconds

Tyr's Deliverance
Allies healed by Holy Radiance receive 40% increased healing from all sources for 6 seconds.

Benediction
60 seconds cooldown
Activate to gain 100 mana and one holy light charge

level 20 : storm

Bulwark of Light
Divine Shield lasts 2 seconds longer and its cooldown is reduced by 20 seconds.

Divine Hurricane
Divine Storm's radius is increased by 50%
Passive effect : hammer of justice deals 75% of its damages on a small aera around its primary target.
Every time an enemy hero is damaged by hammer of justice, decrease divine storm cooldown by 5 seconds.


Redemption
After Eternal Vanguard ends, Uther revives at the spirit's location with 50% of his maximum Health.
This effect has a 180 second cooldown.

Divine Protection
all heals provided by uther are increased by 20%

Divine Storm changing Hammer of Justice is not something that is as desireable as to have Divine Storm as a seperate thing. You can't double stun with Divine Storm & Hammer of Justice which is something that is really good.

Your right! I wanted to balance the fact divine can be distance-casted with ghe need to have hammer of justice available. Use it on a hammer of justice also makes the "stun" funnyer and more efficient... But your right, ill add a hammer of justice cooldown refresh to this ult.
