The Combo Bandit

Here is my Hero Concept for Valeera Sanguinar, I really wanted a rogue hero in HOTS so I put some ideas together and created this, I have not played WoW but I gained a lot of my inspiration from Hearthstone and my (limited) knowledge on the combo system.

Combat Trait

Combo
Use Combo Spheres instead of Mana, which is gained over time when not in combat. Using an Ability will Empower your next Ability for the next 6 seconds.

Primary Abilities

1
Vanish / Smoke Bomb
Gain Stealth and 10% Movement Speed for the next 5 seconds.

If Empowered Valeera will also drop a Smoke Bomb which grants Stealth when Allies are inside it, Enemies will have their vision reduced to the size of the Smoke Bomb while they are inside it.

Dagger Toss / Fan of Knives
Throw out a dagger in a straight line dealing 125 (+20 per level) damage.

If Empowered Valeera will throw out daggers in a cone dealing 100 (+10 per level) damage.

Deadly Poison / Flask of Venom
 Your next Basic Attack will deal 80 (+ 20 per level) damage over 5 seconds.

If Empowered throw a flask that contains deadly venom, Enemies that pass through it will take 50 (+15 per level) over 5 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Assassinate
Mark a target for the next 12 seconds, during this time your Abilities deal 15% more damage, if you activate Assassinate again you will jump behind your marked target dealing 15% of the heroes maximum Health.

Blade Flurry
When activated 5 blades will circle Valeera dealing 85 (+ 15 per level) for the next 10 seconds, Basic Attacks on unique enemies will make Valeera dash to them, the enemy can be dashed to again after 5 seconds.

Talents

TIER 1
Block : Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges.
Heavier Knife : Dagger Toss deals 40% more damage but its range is reduced by 25%.
Choking Haze : Smoke Bomb deals 50 (+30 per level) per second.
Seasoned Marksman : For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your hero, gain Basic Attack Damage. Hero Takedowns count as 2 Minion Kills

TIER 2

Focused Attack : Every 10 seconds, your next Basic Attack deals 75% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
Gathering Power : Passively grants 5% ability power. Each Hero takedown increases its bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15%. This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death.
Conceal : Standing still for 5 seconds turns Valeera invisible, if you use an Ability while invisible it will not consume any Combo Spheres.
Black Market Envenom : Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 180 (+30 per level) damage over 5 seconds. Every takedown cuts its cooldown by half.

TIER 3
Deeper CutDagger Toss deals bonus damage up to 100% based on the enemies current Health.
Gang Up : Vanish creates a small aura that grants stealth to allied heroes, Vanish no longer grants movement speed and the duration is reduced by 1 second.
Concussive Flask : If the flask is thrown directly on top of an enemy hero they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Special Reserve : Gain 5 Combo Spheres, 45 second cooldown.

TIER 4
Assassinate Mark a target for the next 12 seconds, during this time your Abilities deal 15% more damage, if you activate Assassinate again you will jump behind your marked target dealing 15% of the heroes maximum Health.
Blade Flurry When activated blades will circle Valeera dealing 85 (+ 15 per level) for the next 10 seconds, Basic Attacks on unique enemies will make Valeera dash to them, the enemy can be dashed to again after seconds.

TIER 5
Hidden Blade : After using an Ability your next Basic Attack will hit twice, the second Basic Attack will deal 50% and any on-hit effects on the first hit. 10 second cooldown.
The Bigger Bomb : Smoke Bombs radius is increased by 50%.
Second Wave : Fan of Knives shoots another wave of daggers after the first wave.
Professional Standards : Takedowns lower all cooldowns by 2 seconds and grant 2 combo spheres.

TIER 6
Assassins Blade : Valeera equips an Assassins Blade when she uses Deadly Poison, during these 5 seconds Valeera gains 20% attack speed and applies Deadly poison on every hit.
Sap : Vanish incapacitate enemy heroes next to Valeera for 2 seconds, damage done to the enemy heroes will recover them. (incapacitate acts as a stun.)
Resourceful : If Dagger Toss hits an enemy hero, Dagger Toss cooldown is reduced by 3 and gives 2 Combo Spheres. 
Shadowstep : Activating Smoke Bomb again will transport Valeera to the middle of the Smoke Bomb
Blood For Blood : Activate to steal 15% of target enemy's Max Health and slow its Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
TIER 7
Bounty Hunting : If the marked target dies before the mark fades away, Assassinate will jump to the nearest enemy hero and refunds Valeera's cooldowns.
Blade Storm : Every Basic Attack while Blade Flurry is active adds a dagger to the enemy up to a max of 5 daggers, if the enemy dies the daggers will fly in different directions.
Nexus Blades : Basic Attacks deal 20% more damage and slow the target for 1 second.
Preperation : Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities and restores all of your Combo Spheres.
