Vaporeon by tate

Vaporeon shares physical traits with aquatic animals and felids in appearance. Its overall body shape has small cat-like features, such as little paws and feet, a round head, a blunt, short muzzle, and a small triangular nose. Most of its body is light-blue, with a white, finned ruff around its neck; it has cream-yellowish ear-like fins on both sides of its head, along with a third fin-like appendage on the top of its forehead. It has dark blue ridges that run down the length of its head, spine, and along its tail-fin. Its long tail resembles that of a dolphin, whale, or mermaid.
