I love the idea of this hero and I think the flavor really comes through with the abilties and especially the passive. However, Varok is extremely weak. Having 0 way of locking down an enemy champion/engaging on them/gaining movement speed makes him really easy to play against. There is no reason for ranged heroes to ever be near him and he will be kited by them to death. Bruisers have to have some way to get on their enemies. Looking through the list of bruisers, they all have some way to get to their enemy. Thrall has a root and a movement speed increase, Rag has a movement speed increase, Xul has a root, etc. My recommendations would be to, baseline, give Overpower a slow and have Honorable Strikes give a movement speed increase when you hit an enemy facing you. There should also be some weak imitation increases in the talents, nothing big though.

Thanks for letting me know, I've added a small charge similar to Artanis' charge to execute so he can hopefully catch up to low health targets who are out of position and also I added a slow to one of his overpower talents. I think in general he shouldn't be too strong against ranged characters but you're right in saying that being too weak to them really hurts him.
