Nerazim matriarch

a clocked melee support that brings lots of utility and help assassinations.
can clock allies and disable enemy towers, can protect allies from enemy aa, good at killing only 1 target at a time, cant clear waves but can merc.

high aa- 140, 0.91 speed

Combat Trait

[D] vail of shadows
active to immediately Stealth you and any nearby friendly heroes for up to 6 sec.

14 sec cd.

Primary Abilities

[Q] shadow fury
after 0.5 sec delay, blink and attack nearby targets (prefering heroes) up to 4 times, it will attack the healthyest target, each time deal 100 damage, at the end you return to your first location. deals 100% more damage to nonheroics.
it takes ~2 sec to perform all 4 strikes, uppon being stunned, rooted, etc, it is canceled.

15 sec cd, 40 mana.
aa reduce the cd by 1.5 sec.

[W] Void Stasis
short range skillshot, hit the first enemy hero or tower, heroes will receive 250 damage and will be put into statis after 1 sec delay for the next 2 sec.
towers will be put into stasis for 5 sec.

16 sec cd, 60 mana.

[E] Shroud of Adun
target a friendly hero, makes both you and the target evade all enemy aa for the next 2 sec.
Does not break stealth.

12 sec cd, 65 mana

Heroic Abilities

[R1] shadow dash
blink to target location and reset the cd of shadow fury.
this ability cd is reduce by 5 sec per hero hit with shadow fury.

45 sec cd, 60 mana.

[R2] Time warp
create an aoe that slows all enemies within, reducing their movement and aa speed by 30%, last 4 sec.

40 sec cd, 70 mana.

Talents

tier 1

- active to put an ally into statis for 2 sec.
hit 5 enemy heroes with VOID STASIS to recharge.
passive- reduce VOID STASIS cd by 2 sec.
- increase targets' speed by 20% for the duration, and reduce the cd by 2 sec.
- atcive to reveal all enemies in a large aoe within long range, and gain vision arround them for the next 5 sec, 30 sec cd.


tier 2

- reduce targets speed by 30% for 2 sec after the statis ends, if it hits a building reduce the cd by 8 sec and refound the mana cost.
- SHROUD OF ADUN makes you and the target ignore collision.
- targets are healed while clocked for 40 hp per sec.


tier 3

- reduce all healing effects on the target by 50% for 2 sec after the statis ends.
- if 4 strikes hit the same hero deal additional damage equal to 10% of target's max health.
passive- your aa deal damage equal to 1% of target's hp.
-increase targets' aa damage within 2 sec after being declocked by 25%.


tier 5
- reduce the damage of the next 2 abilities on both you and the target by 50%.
- increase duration to 2.5 sec, when your hp is reduced to 20%, cast it on you for free, 30 sec cd.
- each strike heals you for 50.
passive- gain 20% life steal from aa.
- reduce targets damgae by 35% for 2 sec after the statis ends.


tier 6

- remove all movement penelties from both you and the target.
- reduce target's armor by 20 for 2 sec after stasis ends.
- you strike one more time (5).
passive- aa vs heroes reduce the cd or shadow fury by 3 sec.


tier 7

- your next shadow fury within 8 sec strike 4 more times.
-now last 6 secound and grant allies 30% movement and aa speed.
-gives shield equal to 8% of targets' max health uppon getting out of stealth, for up to 3 sec.
- you are invulnrable for the duration.
