Widowmaker is the perfect assassin: a patient, ruthlessly efficient killer who shows neither emotion nor remorse.

Combat Trait

Versatile Deadliness
Widowmaker's auto-attack has two modes. In snipe mode, her gun fires a single shot with heavy damage and a long cooldown (similar to armor-piercing rounds for nova). In burst mode, her gun fires a short burst of shots with a much shorter cooldown (similar to Raynor's aa). She can switch between these modes by activating her trait.

Primary Abilities

Widow's Kiss
Mana cost: 60
Cooldown: 8 secs.

While she is in snipe mode, channels for 3 secs dealing 250 (+5%/lvl) per second to a target and switches her to burst mode.

While she is in burst mode, fires a projectile that deals 500 (+4%/lvl) to the first enemy hit and switches her to snipe mode.

Venom Mine
Mana cost: 40
Cooldown: 10 secs.

Fires a mine that will stealth and become active after 2 seconds. Deals 160 (+4%/lvl) and 80 (+4%/lvl) over 3 seconds, and reveals the enemy for 4 secs. Lasts 60 seconds.

Grappling Hook
Mana cost: 75
Cooldown: 10 secs.

Fire a short projectile that pulls Widowmaker to the targeted location after 0.5 secs.

Heroic Abilities

Infra-Sight
Mana cost: 75
Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Reveals all enemy heroes, globally, and applies "vulnerable" to them making them take 25% more damage from all sources for 4 secs.

One shot, One kill.
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Activate to begin channeling, reactivate to end channeling. If channeling is ended by reactivating, deal damage equal to 20% of the target's max health per second channeled.

I think 25% more damage is to much, because all enemys get it.
Maybe 15% are better?

Well, except Vulnerable's always 25%, and there's no guarantee that the Vulnerable from Infra-Sight will do anything to the heroes. For all WM knows, they're back in their base, chilling. In a teamfight, though, it's just another damage ultimate in terms of damage potential. It's no more powerful than Nova's Precision Strike, Xul's Poison Nova, Li-Ming's Disintigrate, or Valla's Strafe, just as a few examples. At most, I would increase the cooldown on Infra-Sight by about 15 seconds.
