Fire Shots - Towers shoot burning projectiles that cause a 75% splash AoE damage around the target hit.
Rally Banners - Towers have 50% increased health and grant a 15% movement speed buff to all allied Heroes around in a large area.
Reinforce - Repair speed is increased by 100%, resource cost decreased by 50% and gives a permanent shield to units when repaired to full health.
