Too focused: Treants do 50% more damage but have 10% less healing during Focus Treants.
Nature is All Around You: TReants can now be summoned from any bush/smoke on the battlefield.

general gameplay

Use Summon Treants frequently to bolster your minions' ranks for pushing and to spring heroes on objectives.
Minor Corruption is good for stacking Void Energy and pushing.
Use Corrupting Jump to gain corruption and to give your Treants time to overwhelm the hero.
Use Nightmare Bolt for main DPS after Nightmare Rush is fulfilled.
If you get Nature is All Around You, use Treants to absorb XP or keep up pressure.

which heroic?

If you want to turn enemy defenses on themselves, pick Bolt of Corruption
If you want a very strong presence, pick Empower Treant.

strengths and weaknesses

Strengths
Can secure objectives well
Has amazing late-game
All heroics are viable
Can push with Treants
Great hero damage late-game

Weaknesses
Lacks health
Can be killed by mobile heroes
Easily ganked
Lacks healing
Lacks self-support
Has poor early game

battlegrounds

Xavius is good in maps where the late game and solo fights matter a lot, as does pushing, and has a lot of bushes/smoke, particularly near the objective.

You really, really need to fix up a lot of wording in this concept, examples;
1. Do you gain 0.4% attack damage and 0.01% spell power every 1 void energy? 0.25? How much?
2. "Quick Hide: Stealth for a maximum of 20 seconds. Unrevealable for the first 2 seconds" Wording is wrong. Is this an active ability? Say so if it is
3. "Corrupting Slam: Corrupting Jump now creates a circle of blocking debris for 3 seconds." Where is this debris? Around the hero that you jump at? If so, that is a silly talent, it is exactly like Sonya's Heroic upgrade, and why would you want to block the enemy hero off for 3 seconds if your main damage comes from your trents? (More on the treants later)
4. "Chaotic Energy: Void Energy grants 0.1% movement and attack speed, up to a maximum of 25%." How much Void energy gives a stack of 0.1% movement / attack speed?

Now, my other observations. What are the mana costs and cooldowns of all these abilities? Not having them is giving me no indication of whether or not he is strong or not. Why does he have 3 Ultimant Abilities? Just because you have "good ideas" doesn't mean you should have 3 ults. No hero does, leave it that way. Another observation

Evolving Corruption: Nightmare Bolt's slow duration increases to 50% during its duration. OR
Enduring Corruption: Nightmare Bolt's slow duration is increased to 8 seconds. PLUS
Nightmare Rush: Quest: Gain 450 Void Energy. Reward: Nightmare Bolt's cooldown is now 1 second and it costs no mana.
Really? You made Nightmare Bolt a click-hero ability, with these talents combined it is so easy to either slow the entire team for 8 seconds, or keep a constant 50% slow on 1-3 enemy heroes. Not fair, too punishing.

Summon Ysera: Do 105(+3% per level) damage to all enemies in a line across the battlefield, stunning all heroes hit for 3 seconds, and all structures hit attack 50% slower for 10 seconds.
Alright, well it is quite like "Summon Sindragosa". So obviously you can use it for team fights, and it can help lane pushing if it hits that too. However, the problem is the heroic upgrade at 20.
"Destroyer of Reality: Ysera now destroys 10 ammo from every structure hit and does double damage to structures."
So now it becomes;
Do 105(+3% per level) damage to all enemies in a line across the battlefield, stunning all heroes hit for 3 seconds. Deals double damage to structures, destroys 10 ammo from structures, and all structures hit attack 50% slower for 10 seconds.
Frankly, the upgrade hardly helps at all. By the time you're at level 20, the lanes are pushed back to the final forts (or perhaps even destroyed). The 10 ammo isn't going to help when you are going to destroy a fort in little time, as well as the double damage. Overall, the upgrade doesn't help, and frankly, the Ult is quite boring and similar to Arthas's.

Thanks, took a lot of considerations to heart.

God rid of Ysera
Corrupting Slam removed
Nerfed Chaotic Energy.
Added cooldowns
Nerfed Nightmare Rush

By the way,
You gain .4 attack damage, no percent marks there.
Quick Hide is not active.
Chaotic Energy lasts indefinitely.
