Zulton Kulle

The Horadric Horror

A Support character based on debuffing and battle field disruption.

Combat Trait

Passive - Blood Collector
As Zulton Kulle receives or deals damage, he fills a vial of spilled blood, increasing his health regeneration by up to 100%.   Once the vial is completely filled, Zulton Kulle may activate Blood for Blood to shatter the vial and empower his next basic ability.

Active - Blood for Blood
Zulton Kulle shatters his full blood vial, losing all blood but empowering his next ability.  Activating blood for blood while dead will reduce Zulton Kulle's death timer by 33%.

Primary Abilities

Slow Time
40 mana  10 second cooldown

Zulton Kulle creates a large temporal distortion bubble at his location that slows the movement speed of enemies passing through it by 30% for 2 seconds. Allies standing in the bubble take 25% less damage from ranged attacks.  Slow Time lasts for 4 seconds.

Energy Twister
60 mana  6 second cooldown

Zulton Kulle summons a cyclone of energy on a target enemy minion or player, dealing periodic damage to enemies it touches and reducing their damage dealt by 10% for 2 seconds. The cyclone will slowly follow its target for 4 seconds.

Blood Experiment
55 mana  20 second cooldown

Zulton Kulle sacrifices 15% of his current health, filling his blood vial 30% and increasing his damage by 50% and movement speed by 25% for 4 seconds.  Nearby allies receive 20% of Blood Experiment's effect.

Empowered Slow Time - Black Hole
In addition to the normal effects of Slow Time, affected enemies are instantly rooted in place for 1 second and take damage equal to 10% of their maximum health.

Empowered Energy Twister - Raging Tempest
In addition to the normal effects of Energy Twister, four bolts of lightning will strike enemy targets close to the twister, dealing moderate damage.  Enemies hit by all four bolts will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. Lightning strikes will first prioritize the original target and then nearest enemy hero.

Empowered Blood Experiment - Blood Well
In addition to the normal effects of Blood Experiment, nearby allies are healed for 15% of their maximum health over 4 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Soul Bond
90 Mana 80 second cooldown

Zulton Kulle binds his soul to the soul of a target ally, transferring 50% of all damage taken by that ally to himself for 4 seconds. While bound, Zulton Kulle's abilities are 50% more effective (durations remain the same) and cooldowns are cut in half.

Level 20 talent: Horcux   If the targeted ally dies while Zulton Kulle is bound to him/her, the ally will be instantly resurrected at Zulton Kulle's position with 30% health and mana at the cost of 50% of Zulton Kulle's current health.

Ceiling Collapse
80 mana 60 second cooldown

Zulton Kulle laughs maniacally, causing 3 waves of falling debris that deal moderate damage over time to enemies in a large cone in front of him and increasing all damage dealt to affected enemies by 5% for 2 seconds, stacking for each wave of debris that hits them. Zulton Kulle is unable to move while channeling this ability.



Level 20 talent: Concussive blows  Ceiling Collapse now has 4 waves of falling debris, and enemies hit by the final wave are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
