Female Witch Doctor

                  
Zunimassa
is the female version of the Witch Doctor class from Diablo 3. She differs from Nazeebo in that she is a support instead of a specialist.

This is part of my series of concepts for the unrepresented gender from each Diablo 3 class. The goal is to simply show that there is plenty of flavor left to explore with these characters. I have not created talents for each character as this is merely a quick exercise to see what sort of kit these characters could have. For the other concepts, please follow the links below:

Bul-Khan, the male Barbarian.
Roland, the male Crusader.
Josen, the male Demon Hunter.
Inna, the female Monk.
Vyr, the male Wizard.

Combat Trait

Zombie Dogs
Zunimassa is accompanied by two Zombie Dogs that will assist her by attacking her target. Each Zombie Dog absorbs 5% of all incoming damage dealt to their current master.

Zombie Dogs can be individually assigned to a target allied hero to follow and assist them as long as Zunimassa remains within range (they will leash back to her if she moves too far away).

Zombie Dogs have low health. If a Zombie Dog dies it will be resurrected in 20 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Locust Swarm
Surround the target enemy with locusts, dealing damage over 1 second. After damage is dealt this way Locust Swarm will jump to a nearby injured ally, healing them for 200% of the damage dealt over 2 seconds. 10 second cooldown.

Once an ally has been healed Locust Swarm can jump to another nearby enemy, preferring heroes, repeating the process one more time.

Sacrifice
Sacrifice the target Zombie Dog, increasing the damage it absorbs from its master by 20% for 3 seconds. 15 second cooldown.

Zombie Dogs that die while under the affect of Sacrifice explode, dealing damage to nearby enemies and will resurrect in 10 seconds.

Spirit Walk
Enter the Spirit Realm, gaining 30% movement speed and becoming invulnerable for 1.5 seconds. 18 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

Horrify
Horrify all nearby enemies, reducing the damage they deal by 90%. This effect decays quickly over 2 seconds. 50 second cooldown.

Haunt
Haunt the target enemy, dealing damage over 3 seconds. While being damaged by Haunt that hero's cooldowns are frozen. 40 second cooldown.

Looks like the Ife Hero Concept I saw awhile back. Renamed or different?

EDIT: Different. I went searching and found the Ife Hero Concept. Not as similar as I first though (only similarity is the Zombie Dog Trait). Interesting how two near-completely different Hero Concepts exist for the same idea. I like them both to be honest.

This is a really old concept, like at least a year old. I just bump them every now and then.

I've been wanting the same thing for awhile now. Only thing I would change is instead of healing on locust swarm just have it jump to another enemy for 50% dmg (talents could increase that of course) also I would like to see big bad voodoo as an ult instead of haunt. A nice big dmg buff to allies and pets in a big stationary radius would be great utility.
