So the way I read the [define] tag, it's a tag that should allow a popup box on mouseover. I can't seem to get it to work, though. Has anyone had any luck with it? Is there another tag that allows mouseover text? Thanks in advance, guys.

So in the list of possible bbcode tags for guide building on this site (found at http://www.heroesfire.com/bbcode), there's a tag called [define]. Tags are things like or The define tag supposedly adds a definition for a word or phrase that will appear on mouseover. I imagine that means it's something like what happens when you use the wikilink tags, like
The example the bbcode list gives is However, I can't seem to make it work, even by using the example. Do you guys think the list is actually outdated or not true? Or is this particular tag not working? Or am I just not using it correctly?
