Heroes of the Storm Forums

So...I've posted a guide and have over 400 views but there aren't any comments nor any votes (good or bad).

I've just joined this site on a friend's advice but I'm wondering, is this lack of discussion/activity normal?

Even the top guides with 1 million + views only have 50 comments. On a similar post on Reddit or other discussion sites, that just wouldn't be possible.

I guess it's the same as the game. Many people in game don't talk at all.

Sometimes it can be hard to have your guide be found since there are so many. You can always ask for critiques in Build and Guide discussion, and if you keep updating it it will keep showing up on the Updated list and that should help too. Good luck! :)
