Heroes of the Storm Forums

Been playing HOTS for a bit over 6 months now, and since 2 months or so I am around rank 30 in HL. I have noticed that in HL I am ALWAYS playing with people with ranks worse to much worse - even unrankeds, but usually rank 38-40.
Why is that?
Makes it very hard to enjoy the game at times because so many people don't have a clue.
Also have long streaks of wins and losses because of the unpredictable nature of the draw.
