Hey, one question. Do abilities scale with AA dmg? If you take seasoned marksmen and scale your AA dmg, does it mean your abilities will scale as well? I know that Thralls windfury does, because it's basically AA dmg, but for example Zeratul's cleave as well or it doesn't? Thanks for answers

As far as I know most abilities scale with your level ( Cleave certainly does), Windfury being a rare exception, as it uses your AAs.

With regards to the question regarding Seasoned Marksman, the talent says that the damage is applied to Basic Attacks (AA), so the bonus/scale from that wouldn't apply to Raynor's Q.

However, if you were to take Berserk as a talent/ability, activating it will let you fire faster for 4 seconds, so that clearly takes advantage of your Seasoned Marksman bonus.
